On the 5th of April 2024, I went to Capitec Bank in Palm Springs Mall to have a Debit Order suspended. The Teller assisted me on the machine to suspend it, he said that it is suspended. To my surprise, the very same company debited from my account. I complained here on this platform on 7th April 2024. I was promised that the grievance has been escalated and that I will be assisted. I was emailed by one of their agents on Monday 8 April 2024, the agent said that he can’t get hold of me on my numbers, I provided him with my alternative number, still he hasn’t called or emailed again. Even on their WhatsApp, they do not respond when you try to get help from them. Even yesterday (10 April 2024) I emailed the agent that was supposed to be helping me. Till now he hasn’t been in contact with me. Capitec Bank doesn’t care about their customers, it’s so sad that after many years of banking with them, I have to change banks because of their bad customer service.
On Thursday 5th April, I went to Palm Springs Mall Capitec Bank to ask them to suspend a Debit Order from Debiting on my account. Then Teller who was assisting me assisted me on that machine and he said that the debit order is suspended. I even checked on the App, it showed that the debit order has been suspended, but to my surprise, the company that has been suspended to debit on my account, managed to debit on my account on 6th April after it has been suspended. I no longer want these people to debit on my account, hence I asked Capitec to suspend the debit order. So I would like to know how is that possible? So can they still debit after they have been suspended not to debit.

Today I went to Pep Evaton Mall. The service was very poor, the queue was long and they did not want to assist people who were going to swipe. They only assisted people with cash, and people who were gonna swipe, they were told to continue to stand on the queue . They didn’t even bother to tell us why they weren’t assisting people who pay via cards. We were just standing there as if we’re lost. The staff didn’t even have their nametags on .
I received a call from Elite Mobile on the 28th of July, they offered me a contract of Vodacom Simcard. They said they on this Vodacom Simcard I would receive 20 gigs of anytime data and R70 airtime. They said that the airtime and data will be loaded on the 1st of every month, to my surprise on the first of September, I only received airtime, when I call to query about this. I got assisted by a very rude Consultant called Simphiwe, he was very rude and wasn't interested in helping me. He only told me that my contract states that I only receive airtime, and that data was a once off promotional data. I wanted him to explain how is that possible, but he was very rude. Elite Mobile does false advertising to their potential clients, I would like to terminate my contract with immediate effect.
I laid a complaint about PEP Store, situated at Palm Springs at Orange Farm. I complained about the poor service I had received, thanks to guy from the head office, I am sorry I didn't get his name, he attended to my complaint. Then I was called by the lady called Layla from the very same PEP snd she e apologized for the incident and then I was assisted accordingly. Thanks guys I got the help that I needed.
Today I went to PEP Store at Palm Springs mall in The Vaal, I wanted to send a parcel via paxi and then they turned me away. I sell watches and I always send via PEP Store in JHB, and they have never turned me away and say they don't send watches. The cashier was very rude and not welcoming, please the management should do something about her.
<p>Today I went to jhc office, Main street in Johannesburg. I went there to give notice that I will be moving out in one of their flats, when I got there I was referred to Lebo for assistance. When I got to her desk she was busy on a personal call, I waited for 15-20 minutes for to finish. LEBO was very useless she didn't even bother to ask how she can assist me, the receptionist lady was the one who assisted. LEBO doesn't care about her clients I don't know why she's there at front working with people when she clearly doesn't want to work with them. </p>
I was owing ABSA Bank a loan of R650 and I was contacted by Velile Tinto and associates to make payment arrangements as my loan was in arrears. I deposited the amount of R2350 by mistake, they called me and told me that they are aware that the money was more by R1700 and requested that I fax them my bank statement, which I did. They said I should wait for three working days and now 7 working days have passed. Seems like these people are crooks. I WANT MY MONEY NOW
