I bought a pack of matches and the matches are made so defective that it burnt a hole in my sports shirt and curtains. I called the company and they rushed and sent a courier the same time. They collected the matches for testing. They only posted the completion 8 months later and covered up the defects. They say they found nothing. I asked them politely to return my matches and they did not want to. Now I have no matches, shirt curtains and a bunch of lies
The company's product is so poor that it has burnt my shirt and curtains. Lion match urgently came and picked up the defective matches and took 8 months to respond to me. They only responded when i got there and i was ignored in their reception. This company has a poor corporate image and sad to say widely sells poor products

There guys are falsely advertising as I was there to aquire jutland sardines over the week and they have not had it daily. They waste our time by falsely advertising. They think we have time to go look for the item as its costly for us to go there.
This company make inferior quality matches that on a strike burnt my India nylon shirt from India and my curtains. I call them as they were procrastinating. I eventually got a meeting at their office after numerous calls and was given a cold shoulder. They wattsup me a R30 voucher and told me im lucky they gave me R30. On enquiry I realized that this was common as many others had the same issue. This company is pathetic
I have an issue with my laptop and outsurance took it for assessment on Thursday as as a computer is urgent for our business. They took two days to tell me it is an internal fault and it has still not returned so I can execute the necessary. I keep calling the the consultant. We cannot work. My premiums are over R12,000 as I have many policies. Im frustrated but still pay their premiums
We have had our shoes lost in transit and was offered an inconvenience discount from Maggs, the online manager. This was however not forthcoming and how can a company do this to their shoppers
I aquired a bottle of vitamin B tablets and the oil from these content was coming out that messed up my fingers. I sent emails to this company with no response to date. I even called the customer care but nothing.
We have aquired a box of matches that are poor quality. The matches have damaged my shirt and curtains which full disclosure was made to the company with proof. They immediately took the matches via a courier and sent it to their lab which is a smoke screen for consumers. They prolong time as stress out the consumers. After about 8 months they come with silly excuses for their poor quality. They people in management is of poor quality and *******. I am now seeking assistance of the courts so this is stopped.
I have done an order to purchase a pair of shoes on special that I was to use on my Capetown trip. Now I cannot use my shoes because they lost it in transit. What a poor service and inconvenience for me. This company is most irresponsible.
