Thank you so much to Hellopeter after your intervention DHL has finally delivered my parcel and ITAC has released the import permit. We appreciate your good service in protecting consumers by standing up to corporate bullies.
I'm writing a follow up complain on DHL International Pty Ltd. We are now in March 2025 my parcel hasn't been delivered. After I complained to Hellopeter DHL staff contacted me requesting ITAC permit to clear the shipment, which was released by ITAC, I sent it to them, they have kept quite, I have been sending emails they are not responding. After sending the ITAC permit countless times, I sent a follow up email on Tuesday 25 Feb 2025 titled Shipment ID: ********** - to the following zaceooffice, lindiwe.tshabalala, csmtracing, ie.dubbackline, ie.keyaccounts None of them bothered to respond. This is unprofessional and very frustrating.
I sent clothes and books for kids using DHL from Ireland to South Africa, I was informed to apply for an ITAC permit which I did on the 7th November 2024 with the following staff from ITAC who were very unprofessional and un-co-operative. I sent clothes and books for the kids weighing 6kg from the Republic of Ireland on the 19 October 2024, using DHL. On the 26th October 2024 i received an email with the subject AWB:1140001516 that said: (As customs requirement you have to apply for an itac permit.) I comp****, completed the required documents and emailed them to the following staff who were very rude and unprofessional. aahmed@itac.org.za ATsoku@itac.org.za gmsibi@itac.org.za lindiwe.tshabalala@dhl.com I pleaded with Lindiwe Tshabalala from DHL to send the items back because itac people were un-cooperative. Up to this day, I do not know what happened to the items I sent, I have been trying to make a follow up with DHL without success.
I stayed for 3 years in Kingsbury Complex. Gave them a notice of termination of lease agreement on the 25th December 2022 for the 31st Jan 2023. After I had moved out they sent me an email informing me that my deposit has been forfeited. Inflated bills e.g was charged 3500 for late Lease termination yet I sent them an email more than a month before. (I even provided them with proof) The kitchen tap was lose needed to be tightened on the washer, they replaced the whole tap and billed me R1700 for a new tap. Their employee that was assigned to me is very *********** and arrogant up to this day I have been sending him emails requesting my deposit he doesn't respond. Their service is pathetic and they are ****mers they will do whatever it takes not to pay people their deposits.
My internet went off on 30th November 2022, I logged a call with Vox and they gave me the following call reference VOX19491998. Up to this day its yet to be resolved. They closed the call twice without attending it. I made a follow up on emails and calls. When you call it takes you to an automated voice that keeps on hold forever or their helpdesk staff that drops calls purposely. Until now they have not resolved my issue but the keep debiting my account for a service they are not providing.
In November 2019 I received a call from a Homechoice consultant asking if I received the delivery, I informed her I did not apply for anything from Homechoice, she instructed me to go to Police station make an affidavit with a certified copy of my ID and send it back to their dispute division. I did that on the 22 November got a confirmation from Mark Wagenaar that they received it and it ended there. Up to this day the issue has never been resolved, I'm listed on the Credit Bureau as owing them, I cant apply for credit anywhere, when I send emails or call them they don't respond. Very frustrated.
We ordered Polka Coffee table & plasma stand on the 22th August online on this website, http://www.shannenliving.co.za. We also paid for delivery. Up to this day they have not delivered the goods. Whenever we call them a guy by the name Cliff keeps taking us from pillar to post and promising to phone us back of which he never does. The latest story was he had lost him Mom but the goods will be delivered over this weekend if not he will refund us back in fool which he hasn't done. I called them again today he said he's still going to contact the credit department and come back to us. we are still waiting.
