Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise people to be very cautious when considering Medihelp. After being a loyal member for 8 years, I missed one or 2 payments and immediately reached out with a well-explained request for an opportunity to catch up. Instead of understanding or support, I was informed that my membership was terminated. Despite this termination, I was still billed for two months’ contributions during which no service was provided. When I attempted to arrange a payment plan, I was told that it would only be accepted if I submitted documents usually required for a credit application (three months’ payslips, three months’ bank statements, ID copy, and proof of residence). I queried this in writing, but never received a response. Instead, Medihelp escalated the matter to their lawyers, listed me with ITC, and to this day have not rep**** to any of my follow-up emails. It is deeply disappointing that after 8 years of contributions, I was treated in this way. I have since moved over to Discovery, where I have received far better service. Even several medical facilities have mentioned to me that they too experience ongoing issues with Medihelp. I share this so that others can make informed decisions before joining. In my view, the way Medihelp handled this situation was unreasonable and disheartening.

ATM’s everywhere is always out of service or not working. What is up with this ATM’s of Nedbank? Especially in Mpumalanga. It’s ridiculous. You can drive to different one’s. Always a problem. Best part is then you need to use another bank’s ATM, then they have the automated response telling you to avoid using other ATM’s because of extra fees???? WE CLEARLY KNOW THAT!!! BUT YOU DON’T LEAVE US WITH A CHOICE. I have complained about this few years ago, still the same old problem with Nedbank. Think it’s time to change
I truly have to say after a bit of bad luck with my 800W inverter unit, I was contacted by GenTech who invited me in and explained to me how to correctly use the unit and that (advice) it is not a generator which many people tend to make the mistake. (Advice)People need to make sure they use the units correctly and insist on using solar panels with them for more sufficient use and longer lasting batteries. The owner is an absolute respectful and straight shooter man and I truly believe that their products are descent, as I have family which own similar Gentech products and have no issues with them whatsoever. I want to thank Gentech for the way they handled my problem which not many companies does these days. Definitely would recommend them.
Stay away from this brand. If the correct people were at the hardware store that day, I would have never bought a trolley inverter from GenTech. After 2 and a half months not even using the unit a lot. They recon the one year guarantee / warranty does not cover the battery, which is 80% of the unit. Was at Builders and Chamberlains and both staff members do not recommend this brand. The manager I spoke to are also very arrogant and refuses to assist in any way. I am going to the ombudsman and then a lawyer for selling me false promises. This is just to warn as many as I can. Which I told them I would and they did not care. a Lot of money and now I sit with a peace of ****. Have to pay R3000 to replace the battery myself, which is unacceptable for a thing I barely even used. Best part is they tested the battery and gave me a slip that said its 100% Not a load shedding solution according to them. They have a lot of returns and no joy from the hardware stores. I am really getting fed up with your ATM's in Middelburg Mp, If I am in need of money I usually have to drive to about 2 to 5 different Nedbank ATM's, sometimes even have to give up and withdraw at another ATM, thereafter getting an sms telling me that I should avoid this because of high fees.. WHY THANK YOU SMART GUY!!! Plus adding the petrol, time and sometimes traffic that goes along so well just to withdraw some cash. It's not even necessary to do anything about it, which most probably will happen. Because I am switching to another bank. Your services, especially ATM's are the worst!! Plus very expensive. I even found other people same time at the ATM telling me how their journey are finding a working Nedbank ATM. This has been going on for quite some time now, and thought something would have been done by now? So take the advice or leave it, many people has mentioned changing banks. Your loss..

Halllllooo we are in 2016???? What is wrong with you. Other than that the guy selling me the thing does not tell you about this. Plus - Phone keeps freezing, restarting, disconnects from my cars Bluetooth constantly whenever it wants. It does not even have a music player pre installed. The list just goes on... I seriously will keep on to try warning everyone to not buy this phone. Please take this product of the market and give me my money back so I can get a decent/reliable phone . I cannot believe that idiots like you creating a phone like this exist... I will find out from my lawyer if there is something we can do. Because YOU SUCK!!!
