Sanlam does not have their client's best interests at heart. They retain money as long as possible so that they can try and get the most money out of it before they lose a client. We have followed up weekly for months! Documents have been sent to Sanlam more than 6 times! And it jsut gets ignored.... Service like this should not be tolerated.
The Worst customer service humanly possible! Honestly, Every single time I have to deal with your customer service department I have been severely annoyed and was not able to resolve my issues. My bank account details have changed. I have sent an email with the new details and was on the hold for 40minutes just to be told they cannot help me and I have to do it myself on the portal, that does not work! I have been trying for the last 2:30 HOURS!!! How can an ISP not have a working website!!!!!!*&^%R$E# I cannot express my frustration with the company any further! The absolute worst!
What a bad experience! You are just a number! Dentistry is a very personal procedure and this practice has very little to no concern with their patients. I will most definitely not recommend this practice.
Have been trying to report a fraud case at FNB and have not been able to do so for over a month now. Every call centre agent I speak to refer me to the wrong department, then that department asks me to fill in a form, and then 2 weeks later, I get referred to another department as it was the wrong place that I was referred to. I cannot believe the incompetence of a bank. The case is still not resolved and no one at FNB can give me contact details to escalate. I am moving everything out from FNB
No assistance when needed. The website never works correctly and they will suspend your account without any prior notice , even if it was their accounts department that did not run a debit order. This is probably the 5th time I have had an issue with this service provider with no improvement in sight!
I only gave one star cos I had to. The one at the airport is the worst experience at a coffee shop I have ever had! Super overpriced and the staff feels that they are entertaining shouting African rymes at each other. Nevermind how terrible the edibles were!
I have an FNB connect simcard. Ever since I got it, my calls drop, or the person on the other side can't hear me but I can hear them. I have to make at least 3 calls before the call is successful. I have logged a complaint on the FNB website and did not get any feedback. I called a call centre today and explained that I am not getting any feedback and the agent told me that she will get someone to call me back. I asked for a direct contact of someone that an solve my problem and I was told that they cannot give me a direct contact or any place where I can escalate this matter. When I insisted, the agent put the phone down. This has been an issue for the last 3 months and even if complaints are logged, nothing has been done to improve my experience with my FNB connect connection. Even while I was speaking to to an agent, the call cut, as usual, because of my connection and no one bothered to even call me back so I had to go through the call centre machine again to speak to someone. I have had it with FNB connect and the service that I have received and would not recommend it. I do hope that my feedback here would help me to get my problem resolved as I had no other choice as I was not being assisted going through any of the channels that FNB CONNECT was willing to provide me with.
<br> Every time I need to deal with Altech Autpage there seems to me some or another problem that I have, Things do not get done in time. My details of my request gets jumbled up via the Grapevine or I have to wait longer than usual because someone forgot to do something.<br> When I call the call centre, I speak to a machine and I then get asked to type in my cellphone number. Eventually when I get through to a consultant, I am asked for the same information again only to find out that it is that wrong department. I then get transferred to another department when I need to repeat this process!!! This may happen 3 times during the same call sometimes!<br> Do you think everyone has time to be wasted in this manner. It is a well-known fact that Altech Autopage has incredibly bad customer service and it does not seem that anything is being done to try and change this general opinion. <br> It is an unacceptable level of service. I have now tried to renew my contract to Vodacom with no joy this far as I am promised that the port will be done and that I will get a notification to notify me of the port and nothing happens. This is my third attempt to get this done!
