Good day. I bought outside chairs and done groceries on the 29th of November. The groceries were delivered and the chairs were not delivered. I called Makro and they assured me the chairs would be delivered. I got a call from Value to say they will deliver on numerous days. I was inconvenienced because I would sit and wait. Nothing happened. I'm furious at this point. It's the 25th of Jan and still my chairs are not delivered.
Good day, This is my order number :Levi Order LSSA-33045 I ordered jeans on the Levi's online store. I got an email from Kaye-Lynn Van Rooi saying the jeans were now out of stock. She asked if I need a refund or store credit. I have since rep**** to that email 3 plus times. She has ignored my emails. This is very unprofessional for such a BIG BRAND.
Hi, So these people do not follow-up. I have since been waiting for my refund. I have had to call them to follow up. This is seriously annoying. They just sit there and do whatever. My order number is: #1000027373. Nothing has still been refunded, when I called I was told that no one has done the refund when in actual fact the person I spoke to said they are processing my refund. On the 11th of April already, to day is the 19th. I'm fed up
I have been complaining about not having internet. the only way to get through to these people is with whatsapp or their chatBot on their website. You you wait for our without an agent getting back to you. It has been months now. I do not have internet access. I am fed up and gatvol. My client code is GVA39
We stand here with Children for hours as if we are at a clinic. The staff is rude. We come to see a Dr because we are paying and we want service. This is bull****.
