PROTEA HOTEL KLERKSDORP - HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE
Protea Hotel Klerksdorp (Barend Street) - horrific experience. Made prior arrangements to check in at 10pm.Reception was jam packed with late arrivals, only one very rude gentleman assisting with check in. It took us another hour to check in. The gentlemen attending to the check in used foul language and everything at reception was "disfunctional" and it was chaos. Although we have booked and paid in advance, he refuses to assist us if we don't pay again, because apparently the confirmation does not reflect on his side. We paid (again) just to get to the room at 11h45 pm. The next morning the same guy phoned us 6am and requested us how we intend paying for the accommodation (What!!). The room was filthy and definitely not a non-smoking room. The floors were so dirty (rather kept our socks on). Reception was dirty and the manager on duty indicated that she is going to her real job in the kitchen and cannot assist anyone (I gather she was the kitchen manager and not a general manager). The door handles in the shower were missing. I cannot believe the person who did the grading for the tourism board gave this place more than one star - shame on them. This is also definitely not a safe area to arrive late night.

5 STAR EXPERIENCE & MONEY WELL SPENT - DONT BE PENNY WISE AND POUND FOOLISH
Food was fabulous, menu a great variety (although we had seafood), it is expensive, but you get what you pay for! The desert - do leave so space the desert is worth it and nothing average. The service by Lolo contributed to a nice overall experience. It was windy and cold and we had to sit inside, but it still felt like you are sitting outside. It was super clean, funky and a 5-star rating they deserve!

EVOTEL SERVICE SUCKS
Evotel installed a rooter 3 days ago and still no signal. Logged several calls/tickets but no reaction only empty promises...worst fibre company ever!

VERTIGO COSMETICS SCAM
We have ordered items online and paid for it 9 days and still no product no delivery and the phone number on the website does not exist. They don't reply on the e.mail queries.The website state 1 - 3 days for delivery .This must be a scam.

ENGEN PALM VALLEY ROODEPOORT / PARAFFIN IN MY DIESEL VEHICLE
ENGEN PALM VALLEY ROODEPOORT COMPLAINT On Thursday 30 January 2020 I filled up my Mercedes Vito bus at the Engen Garage in Cascades Road. I drove back to Rustenburg(my home town) the same day, approximately 100km. The following day I was driving and the bus completely lost power and would not want to switch on again. We arranged a low – bed truck and they transported my vehicle to the closest Mercedes garage in Rustenburg. The Mercedes Vito bus was there for fault finding and testing and they informed us on the 3rd of February that it seems that there is not Diesel in the bus, something else or petrol, but they will test the vehicle and guess what they found - PARAFFIN! I did try to contact Engen , but the number listed does not exist – 011 475 8971. Eventually I got hold of the manager Vukani. I did phone him and explained to him what happened . He requested a copy of my slip and provided him with same and my vehicle registration number. I did provide him with same, and requested feedback on this even date, but no feedback from his side or from ENGEN SOUTH AFRICA. This is dangerous and unacceptable and I expect them to carry the costs and / or loss we incurred . We need to prevent that this will happen to anyone again and we want an investigation. They did not put Diesel in my vehicle or some other substance with a paraffin smell . I indicated that the Mercedes garage will have the product available that they had to tap from my diesel tank for testing, but several months later still nothing has happened. No feedback at all, no apology nothing!

Blocking Business and Trust Accounts without any notice
<p>We have 5 different bank accounts with FNB, Trust Accounts, Business Accounts and without further notice the just block our accounts. There is no business banker available to assist us and they cant give an explanation for blocking the accounts that we have for more than 10 years with FNB. That is excluding all the investments that we do with FNB. This is really pathethic. In the meantime we have urgent business transactions and investments that we must attend to. No doubt that as soon as this is resolved we will move to a trustworthy Bank.</p>
