Seriously, it's one problem after the other with Cell C. Nadia Mohamed confirmed on 9th of February 2021 that our cancellation request has been successfully processed and that it would be fully terminated on 31/03/2021. GUESS WHAT...the debit order just went off and we still have fibre. Your services are beyond useless!!! Please sort this out ASAP and refund our money!!! We want to move to another ISP and you're delaying the process now. Ticket number for cancellation: CF181198
SARS sent me an email requesting that I resubmit all my 2019/2020 tax certificates and Alexander Forbes is not responding to my emails. I also can't see the option to download my tax certificate from my Alexander Forbes profile. Why are you making it so difficult for customers to obtain something so simple? Can I please get someone to assist me with my tax certificate ASAP?
Today is day 6 without any fibre and no resolution! I keep asking via Messenger when we will be contacted but all I get is empty promises. How do you expect people to work from home and pay for fibre but there's zero service? I'm seriously tired of this nonsense and want to cancel asap. Please get in touch with me. I ordered online and noticed there were items missing when it got delivered. I sent an email and tried calling numerous times regarding my refund. Juan replied on the 24th of April that my refund is being processed. To date, I still haven't received anything. My emails are being ignored and when I phone the call centre, the call gets dropped. On Facebook they keep saying someone will be in touch but no-one calls me. This is utterly disgusting to have to struggle like this to get a refund back. Especially during this time when people are getting salary cuts and you need every little bit to support your family. Dischem just takes your money and you have to hound them to get it back. It's MY money. Why do I have to beg for it?

<p>After being with Outsurance for over 3 years and not making a single claim, I recently enquired about a lower monthly premium since my vehicle’s value has also decreased since 2013.</p> <p> </p> <p>Needless to say, the incompetent call centre agent at Outsurance failed to communicate the fact that if my monthly premium (for comprehensive car cover) decreases with a mere R200 per month (including household insurance), that my basic excess would increase to a massive R13340!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>How do you expect people to pay such a huge amount of money? I was also told that if I’m in any car incident, and the damages are less than R13340 that I have to pay for everything myself. What is even the point of having insurance then? Outsurance is a rip off – goodbye and good riddance!!!</p>
All I want to do is take out a personal loan. I've been with Capitec since 2012 but I'm seriously considering changing banks!!! I had to waste 4 weekends in a row now at a Capitec branch and my last visit there was the worst! Every time there is a new document that is needed and when I went there again on 26 April a lady said with the worst attitude ever that I need proof of employment. Nowhere on the pamphlets does it say you require such a document and seeing that I bank at capitec you can see that I have a salary that gets paid in every month. I don't know what's the worst...her bad attitude or the fact that I watse my time there as there's a new story every time. Sick andtired of Capitec!!!!!
