I was recommended infodocs by my profession body with the intention of subscribing for my business. I paid for the amendment I need and submitted all required documents. I sent emails and logged a ticket, and all I get is radio silence. I tried calling the numbers on the emails, and found out the call services is not active. How does one get in touch with this organisation if there is no response on mails and no telephone services? If you are unable to provide me the service, call me/mail me back and say so
This bank provides the ****tiest service. Had a warranty with them on a vehicle I bought, they waited to give 2-3 months to send out somebody to the workshop to assess the vehicle. After the assessment a whole lot of BS stories. Basically pushing time until the warranty period is over. I let that slide. Now I settled the vehicle, they still giving me BS sending my papers. And that is why I would not advise banking or using this service provider
So I have been due for a credit since April 2018, numerous emails was sent to consultants and customer service but no response, call in and no one could advise on how to resolve this problem. This is the most ****tiest service I have ever received. Get more people to answer phones as you are ranking 3rd on the list with regards to the longest hold time. Product is good but your customer services is one of the worse.
