I got a brilliant deal on Black Friday. My laptop arrived today, and I am beyond happy with it. All I had to do was switch over my accounts from the old laptop. It's a stunning little machine.
These people are supposed to be delivering pain medication for a pharmacy. They cannot do it in time, which is serious and means the patient either has to drive and collect their prescription or go to a new pharmacy. DPD is completely unable to change my address on their system and just keep sending me automated messages that they can't find my house. This is for pain medication that needs to be taken every day. Pathetic. Stupid choice by the pharmacy too. Clearly they don't take their role seriously. I have been subjected to this for two consecutive months. I cannot do it any more.
Hopeless with delivery. Last month it took 10 days for me to get my pain medication. This month I started early, and they have already kept me waiting 4 days after promising next-day service. I've tried about six times to get them to record my address correctly, and they keep asking for my address by email too. You cannot manage a pain condition like this. Shocking service and expensive too. Going to have to go elsewhere. Blows my mind that a pharmacy can behave like this. It they were selling toys it might be different.
Since December 2022, this company has been promising to give me a refund for the amount I was charged for the radio fee in December 2022. I cancelled my policy in November 2022, yet Fidelity-ADT charged me an annual radio fee soon thereafter. The staff have made multiple promises that I will be refunded this amount. The most recent promise came from Freeman when I spoke to him on 25 or 26 Jan 2023. He gave me his direct line as 011 542 4268. He told me the payment was being processed and would be in my account by 1 Feb 2023 (yesterday). It has not come through and his line goes unanswered. The previous week, someone else said the same thing - I would receive the money by 25 Jan 2023. The week before that, I was told I would receive it by 18 Jan. In other words, this is going on week by week, with evident deliberate lying to me by anyone who happens to take my call. I feel like they are kicking me around like a football. Why not just have told me the truth in Nov/Dec, if there is no intention of refunding me? It is unacceptable to string people along like this.
Absolutely appalled. I have never been told so many lies by so many admin people and put onto so many looping or unanswered calls, or been sent though to control room and back to the call centre, ever in my life before. All I want at this stage is clarity about where to send my legal letter of demand for the refund I was promised in Nov (and every week since then). They are literally refusing to give that to me. Do you really think you can stop me like this? All it does it add to the bill I will charge you.

I have been trying to cancel since early Nov. I am calling just about every day. They take my time by demanding all my details and then eventually passing my call to the cancellation department. I then have to give the entire story again. Then they put me on hold or cut me off. I have already been debited for R600 during this period. I was first told I would be refunded and then I got a string of rude messages that seem to say I will not be refunded. I have also now been told that my service is no longer active, yet I've had to pay for a full two months of no service. There is still no written confirmation of my cancellation. I've had enough of this.
I am blown away by this company's professionalism and helpfulness. This is like the top-rate service one was accustomed to in the 1970s and 1980s, when people knew how to do their jobs with pride! A big thank you to this company for giving me so much peace of mind for such a reasonable monthly premium.
I had an excellent experience and bought an excellent bed. Highly recommend them.
MIOSA needs to be closed down. They are causing huge damage to consumers who have already been harmed by dealers or workshops. They are an utter disgrace and yet they operate with impunity. I will not even go into the details of my experience but it matches the hundred of others who have written negative reviews here.
