I sent my Hyndai Santa Fe on Monday the 2nd of March to Richards Bay Branch after it produced a safety report. The matter was not resolved but they simply said they cant find any fault. I got the vehicle back on Thursday. The same week on Saturday, the vehicle stopped and same the same safety emergency stop sign and stalled. I reported it and and took it back to Hyundai at my cost. It is now the 12th, the matter is still not resolved. I am battling to get feedback from them and dont have an alternative vehicle to use. The service I am getting is extremely poor. I was at the verge of getting the latest version but no I do not recommend this Brand to anyone
I have been with Miway for a long time, when I asked for a review of my premium, the service agent was very polite to me and escalated my request and Senior agent gave me a good premium and low excess
I recently opened a savings account and when trying to access the account for some reason it is Paused without any communication to me. Totally unacceptable and embarrassing. I will have to close this account immediately
I received poor service from Empangeni Toyota. I brought my car for service. Served by Nikiwe Zwane and spoke to the manager Hilton and he promised that the car would be ready the same day but it was not ready. I had to phone them to find out the status and manager was not answering my calls. Nikiwe was also very rude and un helpful. Poor service
Convenient and excellent service received
I am trying to follow up on a payment made and but I have been holding for over 15mins and still holding. Please can we address this. This is another reason why i want to cancel my account and many other that I have with DSTV. TERRIBLE SERVICE
