I have been waiting to chat to an agent for the past hour and a half, I have been trying to follow up on a request that I have made but with no luck. I have sent an email for follow up only to receive a automated email stating that my email is not in their database. This is extremely bad service.
I have been trying to get upgrades and new lines for our company through Vodacom Business and our account manager for the past month. I even escalated the matter, with no success.
I have been trying to lodge a dispute for the past two days with all means of communication, with no luck. On Monday I was told a consultant will call me within 24 hrs (called in), Tuesday morning via Microsoft forms it was 8hrs on email I just got an acknowledgement email. This is really pathetic. I'm claiming for my pool motor (it self explanatory of its function), but my claim was rejected for mechanical breakdown, and also the pump and filter configuration that I would not know. This configuration of the pump and filter was not inspected by the Insurance for them to reject my claim. Why would I insure a motor with moving parts only for you to reject my claim for the mechanical breakdown. What do you cover on the motor!!!!!!!
It's been over a week since my wife has made a claim for a cellphone that she has bought and covered for me. Since the claim was lodged, we have to call or email for updates, 3 days ago we received an update stating that the claim is being processed. No update since then. This company has shared my information without my knowledge, this goes against the POPIA act.
Been on the line for 20 minutes witb no agent assisting me. I ordered items on sixty60, unfortunately the items were out of stock. The order was canceled, stati g that I will not be charged. To my surprise they have credited the money to their app. I want to use my money now for the items they don't have. This is nonsense.
I have been without Internet for a 1 week and one day today. I had called Vodacom on Sunday 31 March, I was told metrofibre had a fibre break in my area. I then called in again on Tuesday the 2 April, I was assured that the metrofibre had resolved the fibre break, but I had no services. The lady I spoke to told me that she will be logging a cal with metrofibre. Wednesy again I called, through to a different consultant, telling me that a call was not logged with metrofibre. He will log it for me. I got a call on Thursday asking if my services are back, unfortunately they weren't.
