Thank you to Boitumelo at McDonald's Mall of Africa for assistance and sympathy, my 7 year old son collapsed at McDonald's and she was there to assist every step of the way. People these days take out their phones and record when one is in trouble but she rushed with water and assisted, she knelled down with us and made my son drink, at that time my head was all over the place. I appreciate your help sisi please continue to assist others in need too.
Took up a cover with Old Mutual and requested for my debit date to be set as the last day of the month. Four days before month end Old Mutual debited my account, taking my last bit which is set for emergencies till actual pay day. My daughter became sick and I had to buy medication, attempted to dispute the debit but it did not allow. I then called the call Centre to confirm the debit date that is on their system, my call was answered by a very BORED, SLEEPY, UNBOTHERED, NO SYMPATHY consultant who did not help much, I am not even sure if she captured the cancellation I requested. I want this thing cancelled! I'm not going to have companies do as they please in my account!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I paid my account on Thursday night via the browser. Saturday morning I get woken up by a call telling me I haven’t paid my account. I told the lady and expressed my frustration about being woken up by their call when the account is paid. She then sent someone else to call who was also sooo rude and asked me if I paid my entire balance😅😅 Truworths asked me to pay a certain amount of which I paid online and not the entire acc balance that she’s trying to mock me about just because I said I’m on holiday 😞, the amount is pre-populated so I know exactly how much I need to pay. For her to go on to ask if I paid the entire balance and even went on to say the balance amount 🤣 guys are you sure you train your staff on handling all types of customers? Also can Truworths try enhance their system to speed up the synchronisation across all systems😒
Vorna Valley Superspar is generally a nice place to shop unless you get assisted by Rejoice. She is so rude its irritating. I have been assisted by her a number of occusions and she keeps getting comfy with her rudeness. Today she scanned 2 dougnuts followed by a bath stone of which I wasnt sure of the bath stone price. So because she was at the less items tills I could not see the screen to confirm the price. As soon as I turned my head up I saw R27, so I asked her: Is the bath stone R27? She ignored me and continued to ask: Plastic? I repeated myself: Is the bath stone R27? She then went on to say: What does the screen say? I then said: Come around and see what I can see from my side. I then asked her if me asking is a problem, she rolled her eyes and went on to explain why its R27. She is rude and arrogant, she does not have customer service skills!!

Yoh!! I am actually sick of this company!!! Biggest ****MER. Why did they add Disney Plus when I never asked for it!!!!!!!!! You'd swear they have a calendar with all the ****s they will pull on customers because WOW!!! I was charged R17 for the subscription and then R116.58 the following month (October). I managed to pick it up and cancel this month and I refuse to pay my hard earned money to this ****mer for the month of October, they must remove that R116.58 or send me call recordings of when I requested for it. My service is disconnect and I am requesting for the recordings, check when it was added and by who and at what time!! ******!!
We am sick of Multichoice and its *********** consultants!! We made payment using EFT in January, the fund got stuck with Pay@ which is Multichoices third party service. Multichoice disconnected our service, We contacted them and each time we did they would request for POP, after sending the POP they would reconnect our service. This went on the entire month until the only smart consultant in the entire company took our case and did a proper investigation, this smart consultant then found out that the funds are stuck with Pay@, they then logged a call and requested that Pay@ refund us these funds. We waited and the funds were finally refunded at the end of March. Now our bill is at R1200, they claim this is due to the reconnections that were made in January.... We have been without DSTV for 3 months yet we are expected to pay R1200 for reconnections that were due to their third party. I am beyond frustrated!!! I want nothing to do with this nonsense company!
I bought Pick n Pay brand of chicken patty (burger) at Pick n Pay Mall of Africa, for some odd reason I did not check the expiry date whilst at the store. I made and ate them with my kids on Friday night, my kids woke me up in the AM's with sore tummies. We made them again on Saturday for lunch and we all started having sore tummies, that's when we looked into what we had eaten, guess what! The patties ‘use by’ date was the 2023/03/12 and I bought these on 2023/03/17. I could have checked the date at the store but they were probably going to be taken/bought by someone else. Why does Pick n Pay not check their shelves??
I called DSTV and after holding for 40 minutes they hung up on me :(, I called again and spoke to an agent by the name of Mbalenhle 10 February 2023 at 20:45. She requested for my ID number and left me just like that, i stayed on the line for 30 minutes and realized that she's probably sleeping
I don't know how I feel anymore, we paid DSTV via EFT in January, they disconnect us throughout the month because their system was not picking up the payment. They continued disconnecting us even after a thousand times of emailing the POP. This month the bill came back double (two months subscription), meaning that the system is still not recognizing the January payment. What must happen now!!!!! These people are sleeping on the job, I NEED YOU TO FIX MY ACCOUND AND CANCEL THE STUPID THING, I AM NOT CRAZY AND DEFINITELY DONT HAVE MONEY TO DONATE TO YOUR BUSINESS IF THIS IS A SCAM AND YOU TRYING TO TO MAKE MONEY THROUGH US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
