To whoever is reading this,another sad and interesting occurrence with this Auction Nation company,i was sent an invoice of a car that I did not buy,i contacted them and made it clear i did not buy the vehicle,the Branch manager (Pamela) whom I work with closely, I did tell her about the incident and she took it upon herself to escalate the issue,i believed it was resolved and the invoice was cancelled without penalty,i did notify her and thanked her for her service as she is an awesome person and ever ready to help you. This invoice was for R29854,i bought more cars over R200000 without issues and having to pay in any deposit,transactions went smoothly without any issues,woke up on Monday 2nd of Feb 2026,registered as usual,only to find out am not able to bid,contacted them at the office,was told my deposit was forfeited because I cancelled ,i did not cancel any invoice,my deposit was taking for unjust reason which I find so *********,after contacting the branch manager,she promised to get back to me and she did,only to be told nothing they can do to restore my deposit and its forfeited just like that for a car i did not purchase,that baffled me and its more like theft to me as I insist I did not buy the car they keep forcing me and wanting me to pay for the invoice,the car I bought ,i did pay them off without issues ,why will 29k be an issue if I bought the said lot,and pay over 200k for other purchases,someone needs to explain this to me.... anyways I made them aware I will no longer be patronising them and they can close that account for all I care,business relationship of over 13 yrs down the drain but they still dont care as I was told I can close the account for all they care ... wow ! So much for customer service !!! I see alot of negative comment about the same company but its obvious they care less. Just a piece of advice,people fall from grace to grass ,companies close down because of poor customer service !
After reading through people's review,I saw the response is only copy and paste,same words and statement all through... But my worry is why Employ incapable people at front desk that are not willing to listen to clients with their issues and willingness to solve their problem. Very quick to tell you " No it can't be done" only to speak to superiors and few minutes problem solved Had an encounter with these Guy called Matlou Freddie,firstly I approached him for Natis,he first left me standing at his desk busy singing Happy birthday and dancing celebrating his colleague ,came back telling me how I should respect a birthday during working hours ... what a clown ! And height of unprofessionalism,instead of him helping me,I could see how despiteful and feeling of i won't help u and nothing you can do,if you ask to speak to manager,they give you email address to write too,for pressing issues... what an employee of the month ! Time wasters. I got so missed that I forgot my phone on his desk,went back to pick up,only to be told I dnt say good bye, that is why they did not call me to get my phone ! Coming from a front desk employee ! I think this company should do check review on there so called clowns called employees.
Have been a customer with this company for over 10yrs and for to place an order schedule for delivery within 5days and over 21days I never got my orders. I have to send several emails only to be told my contact details is not right ?and this same contact have been using over the year which never changed ! The courier company previously know as Dawn wings always does there delivery,called them up aswell but also getting bull stories,I dont know if have been scanned now ! but if they got my payment and refuse to deliver in the stipulated time. they better let me know so I dont put my mind.
Have been dealing with this company for 13yrs seems things are changing rapidly,we now buy cars online and thats enough risk for any body buying online,you are liable to incure more cost on the damages,but for you to buy a little accident and then your car comes and you find out your catalyst has been removed from the car ! took the car to an exhaust expert ,to my surprise I was told the catalyst is out ! that's i ridiculous and sad,now the car is not functioning the way it should causing more expenses on the car. Am so disappointed!
have always bought phones at Pep stores without issues,but this time around, I was at PEP store at Kwagga mall Pretoria west to purchase 2 phones and when I got home,only to find out the phones were locked with a particular network,and i took the phone back as it was not working with my chosen network,only to be told by one of the attendant that I need to port my line to another network ! and I asked him why I should do that ? you cant make me port ma line simply because I bought a phone locked to network,the least you can do is change the phone to my preferred network,unfortunately he was answering rudely I demanded for the manager but to no avail,nothing could be done ,now am sitting with 2 phones that I cannot use ! Thanks to them
Am so disgusted with a bank have been banking with over 5yrs,FNB. I needed to update my details after my student permit expired in Dec 2015 and I requested for an extension from then while I provided my renewal slip of my permit,u was told nothing can be done ! After 4 months my permit came out and wanted update my status so I can be unblocked,ma status changed from study to a spousal permit/work cos am now married to a SA,with new rules from Home affairs,they now classify it as visitors permit and due to this FNB has refused to update my account,so I guess my only option is to part ways with FNB. So dissapointed as I just got a job and I already submitted my fnb banking details for my salary to paid in. Guess it's end of the road
