How dare you deduct money off my account when I was the one seeking a loan - my account is already overdue and then you start deducing money off my account!! Loan SA are thieves!! Please will the money that has been deducted off my account be reimbursed immediately, I was seeking an urgent loan not for money to be deducted off my account - what of company are you running?!!?
I have been waiting since the beginning of December 2018 for my number to be ported from Telkom to my new provider. I have been told by my new phone provider that they are waiting on Telkom to accept the port request so the porting of my number can be scheduled. This is absolutely ridiculous service!! Please can someone contact me regarding this situation.
Business lines down since last Thursday, absolutely NO feedback or update from Telkom. When I phone your Business 10217 and try to speak to your employees, most of them are rude and totally disinterested!! This is affecting our business terribly!! No phone lines (incoming and outgoing) and no internet (adsl)!!!! This needs to be sorted out Telkom, how can you just leave your customers in the dark! It is unacceptable!

I have banked with Std Bank for many years, when I started my business I opened my business account with Std Bank. Having ones own business, as many know, can be extremely challenging. In 2017 I sadly experienced tough financial times, Std Bank without any written warning or discussion of a payment plan has blocked / frozen my business account. A day before they blocked / froze my business account I received a payment into my business account, which was desperately needed in order to make outstanding payments and to get my Std Bank business account into a better state. I am unable to draw any of this money out of my account due to Std Bank blocking / freezing my account. Std Bank has made me unable to continue operating properly as a business. Why wasn't a payment plan discussed with me, why wasn't I asked to please go and see my Business Banker or a Std Bank Branch Manager regarding my business account?! I have been in touch with Std Bank and I have been asked to reapply for my business overdraft?! That does not guarantee anything plus I do not have my financials up to date due to the financial situation I have experienced in 2017. I have lodged a complaint with Std Bank Complaints Resolutions Centre a week ago.....I am still waiting for feedback. Std Bank you have let me down as a small business owner, you have not stood by me as a small business owner. Your decision to block/freeze my account has caused me extreme stress and anxiety. You have caused my business to amost come to a stand still. What happened to being there for you clients through the tough times?! I am asking for Std Bank to resolve this matter as a matter of urgency.
Since I have transferred my lines I have had endless issues. My lines were transferred two weeks ago and Telkom has still not closed off the order?! I have spent the entire morning phoning 10213 and 10217 trying to get Telkom to sort out my issue, and it is still not working!! And it is such a simple thing! Before my lines were transferred I could dial *64# which sent all calls straight to my voicemail box, and now I am unable to, apparently due to the transfer order still pending?! I have had my voicemail box reset, losing all my client messsages, only to find out that this option is STILL not working! Is there anyone in Telkom who can actually sort this out for me?!
Good morning, I would like to query the following. I received my upgrade phone, a Hauwei P10+ during August 2017, since receiving it, it has been freezing and had overall slow performance, I am very unhappy with this phone and I do not want the same phone back again once MTN has fixed/replaced the phone. Please could you inform me, as a contract customer of MTN, that I am able to ask for another phone? Thank you.

<p>I am terribly unhappy with Trudon’s service, I have had continuous issues with Trudon over the last few years and it has not stopped! </p> <p> </p> <p>My Telkom number was suspended in July 2016, which was reactivated at my soonest, being a business line I had to pay the account and reactivate it at my soonest, which I did.</p> <p> </p> <p>Unbeknown to me, Trudon stopped billing me since then and have been emailing me account notices, etc on an email address that I have not used since before 2010! </p> <p> </p> <p>Now, due to a payment alert, I was never contacted for advertising in 2017, I have been trying to follow-up with Trudon over the last few months regarding my adverts in the White/Yellow pages for 2017 and I have had no response whatsoever, no communication from Trudon at all!?!</p> <p> </p> <p>I emailed Chanene who assisted me with my previous issue with Trudon on Thursday, 15 December 2016 and she said she would be going on leave and Joan George will be in touch with me, Joan contacted me today. I am not happy the way Joan has dealt with me as a customer of Trudon, I was totally unaware of Telkom / Trudon not billing my account monthly for Trudon adverti*****ts PLUS that Trudon has an email address that has not been used for over 7-8 years now. I have dealt with Tina Mouton, Kelly Marais and Lwazi Sibiya who ALL used my email address ********** This is an error of Trudon’s and not mine, but I am made to feel that I am at fault by a Trudon staff member!!</p> <p> </p> <p>It now seems that it may be too late for me to advertise in 2017’s Yellow Pages which is of huge importance to my company for advertising!!??</p>
<p>I wanted Telkom to check my business line this morning, I called 10217 and I waited about 30 minutes for a telkom employee to answer, she then says she is going to test my line and proceeds to cut me of!!!!!! She does not bother trying to phone me back. </p> <p> </p> <p>I try 10217 and NO-ONE answers.............I was left waiting for someone to answer, after about 30 minutes I put the phone down!!</p> <p> </p> <p>What kind of service is this Telkom, I have an issue which is affecting my business and your fault support centre cannot even pick up and when they do they cut me off!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can someone contact me urgently.</p>
