My parcel was out for delivery the entire day on Friday (20th December) & only for it to be updated midnight that it was rescheduled for next business meaning on Monday. The parcel was supposed to be utilised in an important event on Saterday. Extremely unhappy with this kind of service.
Recently purchased a Sigma 85mm 1.4 lens & it is in a very good condition. I was in a hurry to get the lens to PE & the team helped me to ensure I get the lens quicker.

They are quick & efficient. The few times I have dealt with them has been excellent.
I submitted a claim on Friday 31/07/2020 then a lady by the name Bidget contacted me on Monday morning around 8am requesting supporting documents, I replied immediately seeking clarity but she only got back to me after 15:00 & I replied then she never got back to me again its Tuesday 12:45 the messages are still saying "not seen yet" I was never asked for invoices when I insured my stuff & I clearly indicated that I bought my things 2nd hand but now they want invoices that I do not have.
I am not happy with this store, I saw an item online with a price of R6999 & I went to buy it at the Walmer park store in Port Elizabeth. Tjey promised me to order the item but now the item costs R12599 & they say someone hacked their system to reduce their prices although they promised me that was the right price.
