I was a very disgruntled and disappointed client. I left a review on HelloPeter, and Sorbet group was quick on it to get in touch with me and rectify the situation. Thank you Lynn, from Bedford & Greenstone Hairbar for the apology, willingness and effort to turn my frown upside down.
I am utterly disappointed with Sorbet Hairbar in Greenstone Shopping Centre. I went into the salon on 9 August to find out what it would cost to have my 11 year old daughter's hair cut.. JUST a cut. The lady at reception, behind the counter, said it would be R185. I asked them when they'd be able to fit her in, and she said "in about 20 minutes". That was great, we waited around and eventually the one stylist cut my daughter's hair. When I went to pay, a different lady was then at the reception counter, and said the amount is R260. I enquired that a different lady told me a few minutes earlier, that the cost would be R185. She said that it's incorrect, and that the price was R260. I told them I am very very disappointed, and the lady said "it is what it is". If they had told me from the word go that the price was R260, I would not have had her hair cut there, as there is a different salon that could have done it for me for R150, but because it was convenient, I agreed AND ACCEPTED the R185. Now, I wanted to book for myself, cut, colour, treatment... But I'm sure as hell not going back there. I don't appreciate these kind of surprises! Bye Bye Sorbet Hairbar Greenstone!!! You've lost me, and ALOT of people I know...

I purchased a Telefunken Mobile Wi-Fi 3G Router (Model: TMFI-1109), and it does not want to connect to the internet. I was told by Pranesh that the signal has to be strong, else it wont work.<br> <br> I had my sim card form Cell C tested, and they said its working fine. My phone (Samsung Galaxy Note Edge) picks up the wi-fi device, and it connects, but it does not want to connect to the internet. I've made sure the device is fully charged. When I insert the sim card into a dongle, it connects to the internet first time, with no signal issues.<br> <br> I do not have a laptop or any other wi-fi enabled device (except my phone).<br> <br> So PLEASE stop ignoring my emails, and assist me with the product that YOU promote!<br>
...<br> Not once was I notified that one of your main attractions will be out of order during that period. Not even a month ago when I confirmed that everything was in order for our stay there. Then when I arrived at the Cabanas, I couldn't even take my girl to go swimming!!! There wasn't even anything on your website, as I studied it very closely, not even about the renovations.So needless to say, I wasted two days and lots of money (to me anyways), and my child's birthday was a total flop, and not what I promised her.<br> I would really appreciate it if management can please contact me, as I would expect an explanation, apology and I'd appreciate if I can be compensated for the inconvenience caused, and the lack of communication, as I feel I was \tricked"by discounted rates.<br> Regards"
