Took a deposit of R11,500 to replace my air conditioner and then failed to turn up to do the job in spite of having made several promises via whatsapp that they were on their way. The person in question is Wayne Changundega.
Ordered Savlon Ointment to the value of approx R1400 in October 2021 (yes 2021) and never received it. Unable to contact Manicaa.
I ordered about R1400 worth of Savlon ointment at the end of October 2021 and have never received my order. I did receive and email on 4 April this year to say my order is being dispatched, but it never arrived. There is no way you can speak to anyone at Manicaa so I have effectively lost my money.
I placed an order for R1,460 t the end of October 2021 which was supposed to be delivered within 2 weeks. In March I received confirmation that it would be delivered in the week of April 4th. I t was never delivered and it's not possible to contact them.
I feel so stupid for having placed an order with them. Buying anything from them is worse than throwing your money down the drain, The goods never arrive and they just keep moving the delivery date out by a month at a time.
I had a credit of R600+ in my account which has dissapeared and I can't get an answer as to what happened to it. The staff blame the new system and say it will be sorted out. In the meantime, I will be in arrears and run the risk of having my service cut off tomorrow. Do I pay in more to prevent that and risk losing that credit as well? On the website, the facility to activate/deactivate my holiday decoder is not functional in spite of saying that it is. There are also other issues with links on the webpage doing unexpected things (on IE and Google Chrome). Surely they test these things before going public?
Loans On Homes send out illegal marketing spam to cell numbers which have been opted out on the National Opt Out Register. Any company with a reputation to protect would not do that.
In spite of notifying them before to remove my number from their list, they continue to send me spam. My number has been opted out in the national optout register (look it up on the internet) which they are supposed to check before sending spam.

On 27 February, I spoke at length to 2 people at Multichoice regarding an annual subscription for my primary service. I had received a letter about MY price increase which was actually THEIR price increase (arrogance reaches a new level) which said if I paid for the service for 12 months in advance, I would only have to pay for 11 months at the 2014 price. I expressed my concern to the persons that MultiChoice infamous accounting would screw it up because I have a primary service and a second one which I activate as needed, I received assurance to the contrary and went ahead with the annual prepayment for the primary service (stupid on my part to trust them). Today I check my account only to discover that they have indeed screwed it up as usual and want me to pre-pay a further R6850 for the second service which I spent so much darn time explaining that it was activated as required and therefore it would not be prepaid. I cannot express just how dissatisfied I am with MultiChoice. Their arrogance and incompetence knows no bounds. I am so angry with myself for having trusted them against my better judgement.
