Vodacom allowing unauthorised subscriptions
My son's Vodacom account has been debited with "Purchased Contect 2" since mid August. When querying we found it was a service called "Baseplay Max". We found a spammy SMS that says congratulations you have subscribed for a one day free trial, thereafter R15 per day. At the date and time of the so-called subscription my son was nowhere near his phone. Searching these pages tell me this is not an isolated incident. Shame on Vodacom for allowing this to continue on their billing system.

Unauthorised medical aid claims
Clicks Pharmacies claim repeats from medical aid without such instructions, resulting in me having to pay cask when it is filled elsewhere. Poor style, Clicks!

Buyer beware!
Bought a car where Rolize Motors acted as dealer (advertised, held car at their premises, directed bank account details, signed change of ownership). The car boiled three times in 50km, has a slipping clutch and difficulty engaging 5th gear. Roger says he acted as a middleman and denies any responsibility.

Capago ... Wish there was another way to go
Two years ago I had a prefect experience with Capago. The same cannot be said for my experience today. I made an appointment for my visa application for 8:20, and as 10:30 I am still waiting with no indication of when I may be helped, and all calls are for other ticket series than mine. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable service.
