This tracking company is the worst ever! Don’t bother using them! I cancelled my contract within 3 days because the app was not updating the vehicle status which is a huge risk. I have been fighting since August 2025 and asking for a confirmation letter that this was cancelled. I was debited and reversed now I see they have listed their account on my credit profile as being in arrears. I need a cancellation letter urgently.
I’m currently at the Midrand mall shop again the people working at the buy shop do not have name tags and they refuse to give me their names. It seems the one person is called Ebeniezer. I have logged a complaint previously regarding my machine which they lost bolts on the machine. I have sent WhatsApp text to verify if I should collect the machine and the person on the WhatsApp line said yes. Then when I got to the shop the person who was assisting gave me an attitude because I was telling him was said on the WhatsApp line. This shops staff feel so invisible and have a bad attitude with no customer service. I cannot be having the same experience all over. I want my machine it’s it’s original form.
I would like to report that the cash converters in Midrand cbd had poor service and rude staff. I sent an email months ago with my query and posted on facebook I was not contacted except via a WhatsApp text. I have not collected my machine and they did not contact me so I will keep reporting this branch. I send an email from khozaimme@gmail.com. You can track the trail there of poor service and staff who play games instead of assisting.
This tracking company is unreliable and keeps debiting my account even after I have cancelled the contract within 3 days of taking up the contract because the app was not showing the live location of the vehicle. I informed them that this is a risk they said someone will contact me but they didn’t. I’ve sent several emails which were not attended to. They are not a good service provider and clearly want to **** people by taking money for a service that’s not there.
I was a tenant for a year with this estate agency. I am very disappointed that I did not give them any issues yet when it was time to refund my deposit it was held back. This all due to a dispute with the owner that they have where she was supposed to pay them the placement fee. Further to that after being informed there is no renewal of the lease they still sent me a rental statement which was ***** as they had no authority to collect rental. So after a back and forth with the owner the owner informed that she will not pay the placement fee and they need to refund me deposit. They have also agree that the placement fee is an agreement with the owner therefore I’m not part of that agreement. I would not recommend this estate agent to anyone as they don’t have fair practices.
The consultant Athi Krawe assisted me fast and efficiently. Professional and friendly for something I had requested since December it took him less than 10 minutes to resolve.
On 24 December 2022 I made a purchase online then on the same day found a better product elsewhere, I was especially not convinced after seeing all the bad reviews about the snatcher product. I immediately requested a refund and bough the same item elsewhere. My request was only responded to on the 28th. I figured it's holidays no problem. Then I was told 15% will be taken off as a charge for me requests refund, I wasn't happy with that but I said okay can I get the rest of my refund. The refund was supposed to take 7 days it's been 10 days and haven't received anything. When you send an email they respond to it after 2 or 3 days. This is definitely the worst place to shop at online I wouldn't recommend it to anyone especially because you will have no assistance when you need help.
For the 1st time since rebels pizza opened in westgate I was treated with disrespect. The cashier called Gaba a male was serving a customer infront of me so I stood behind her. Then there was 2 other people on the side. He saw me standing there but failed to communicate to me that I should rather stand behind those people. When he was done with the lady in front of me he then told me I need to move back behind those people. The manner in which he told me was disrespectful and he could have told me before I stood sk long for him to finish attending to the lady infront. Please train your staff to not be bias, ***ist or discriminatory.
Good day I used to have vehicle insurance with Standard bank. I then cancelled my insurance when I moved to ABSA however SBIB did not cancel but requested payment. Unfortunately there was no funds in my account as I was unemployed but I can see the account is listed as open on my ITC. Please can you assist me with this as I did communicate that I was cancelling.
Hello I have been struggling with getting a personal loan account closed. I applied for credit life insurance where the first 6 months installments were paid. I was still unemployed after the 6 months therefore I submitted another claim. My balance was less than the 6 months installments so they paid the whole balance. I then later discovered that this account is not closed. I phoned in asking for this account to be closed in August 2019 after the balance was paid off. I phone in again in September where I was told that I need to visit the branch in order to close the account. I went to the vanderbijlpark branch where a consultant connected me to the call centre and they recorded my details and said they would call me back. I have been following this up with no luck and I do not have the reference numbers for my calls. All calls were recorded even when I phoned the call centre. Please can you assist me to close this account as it keeps accumulating interests and is affecting my ITC.
