Fine swift effective and efficient and friendly service Response rate excellent
Overcharged - thrice Appears this is a new trend. What a waste of petrol time and energy having to write to the Head Office, which in turns informs the 'criminal store' which in turns requires the manager to call and 're-explain' everything!!! In COVID-19, one shops as swiftly as possible for obvious reasons and being a pensioner with comorbidities, even more so. The matters do eventually get resolved but as explained, the schlep of going through this unnecessary time wasting - in covid! Quality of fruit has declined terribly. Cannot recall how many times one had to write to complain. Again, the schlep of having to return the fruit and do not do so after the expiry date because you will get the 'look'!
A special word of gratitude is extended to, inter alia, Sister Yvonne, the team which followed up on my enquiry wrt pneumonia inoculation and the dispenser, Ms Mkhar. Sincerely appreciated the service rendered.
I would allocate 000 if such provision was available. Shocking to say the least. Most unprofessional. Received 3 of 15 items!!! No reasons, calls to check whether an alternative product would suffice - nothing. The manner of delivery left much to be desired. Open cooler bag, no packets - oh, just deeply disappointed indeed.
Exceptional/professional/due diligence and timeous delivery. Moreover, the person at risk doing the shopping calls to check whether an alternative product can be replaced by one which is unavailable. Thank You kindly. OneCart - STRONGLY RECOMMENDED!!!
Absolutely shocking online service indeed despite regular emails stating how they trying to assist during this testing time. We are pensioners and our order placed last week will only reach us on April 19 2020!!! Why have an online service in the first place. Moreover, we informed that there will only be a single loaf of bread by that date? Do they not have a regular supply of such a basic commodity? We are indeed deeply shocked by this service. We shop at WW at least twice per wee****
Purchased a 100GB data bundle on 21 January 2015. To date I have below 15GB left. That is depleting quicker than lightning!
I utilise the WiFi bundle for:
Check emails daily. I mention this because that is the same response I receive each time from the CellC 'technical service' - those devices are using up the data! I have an iPhone 6 with a monthly 1.5GB day.
