Naani's Pickles has been catering for my work event for the past week. Their food is always exceptionally tasty! The whole office is really enjoying the variety of options and great flavours. They've done curries, breyanis, roasts, wraps etc for us and everytime its been a huge hit! We will definitely continue to use them in the future for their great quality foods as well as amazing service
I moved to Jhb and needed to find a vet for my fur babies. I was recommended to try Eastleigh Vet and I haven't looked back. I took my ****erspaniel in because he had a limp. The doctor did a thorough exam and told us how to best manage his injury. Within a few days he was back to his usual self. Eastleight Vet has a team of extremely knowledgeable doctors who know exactly how to treat your fur babies. The rest of the staff are also very helpful and friendly. If you need a good vet for your fur babies I'd definitely recommend Eastleigh Veterinary Clinic.
It was my wifes birthday and Diamond Bakes really outdid themselves with an awesome vanilla and cream cheese cake! It was a very busy time at work for me so I didn't even give them a design but what I received really blew me away! I am so pleased with the quality of cakes from Diamond Bakes along with the exceptional service. You can tell that the owners really have a passion for what they do. Happy customer, will definitely return for more mouth watering cakes
Ordered online, put in my delivery address yet Makro delivers my order to Makro Springfield Park. So essentially I bought stock from Makro just so that they can delivery it to themselves??? How does this make sense? I called the call centre but they were of no help. All they told me was that the courier tried calling me but I have no missed calls on my phone. Where is my order Makro and when can I expect it be to delivered to me???
We were celebrating my birthday. It is a special occasion however the way the night unfolded was not special at all. We ordered drinks which took about 30mins to come. When it did come the waiter dropped the drinks on one of the guys at our table. Another waiter then took over to serve us because maybe our first waiter was still learning. While at La Fiamma Grill we spent about 2 and half hours there. The manager went to every table around us to check in on their experience but conveniently left our table out. We got the bill and they didn't even take off the price of the drinks to say sorry for spilling the drinks on you. We paid the full bill and while settling we told our waiter we weren't happy with the level of service. She then proceeded to tell the manager that we weren't happy. He then turned back to look at us then just turned his head away and didn't even bother to come to us to apologize. I must state this one thing, we didn't come there and spend R300. Our bill came to R1443. My money is just as good as anyone other customers money so by being discriminated against was appalling. To be a manager and not have the decency to personally apologize to a paying customer just shows how much you value customers. This was not my first time coming to this restaurant, I live all the way in the south coast but made the trip here again because my previous experience was good. The manager on duty today was full of himself. Even after being directly told that the customer is not happy the manager refused to attend to us. Personally I want this manager to phone each of us that was at the restaurant today to explain why he couldn't apologize for his staff. So for not taking the time to resolve an issue, I expect La Fiamma Grill Ballito to pay the laundry bill for cleaning the clothes that was messed by your staff. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Switched from another insurer to One Plan effective date 1 Feb 2021. The switching process had some hiccups with back office not aligning the debit order amount correctly however Leroy Poole was with me all the way and assisted me to ensure everything was corrected. He gave me excellent service, was friendly and went above my expectations
Purchased a Hyperli voucher to train at the Lynwood branch for 3 months. As usual Hyperli asks you to present the printed voucher in order to redeem. I did that but the Gym staff including management had no idea what Hyperli was. After a lengthy back and forth with the Gym staff and the manager the manager decides to give me a 7 day free trial until he can verify that the voucher is correct. Firstly as a customer I shouldn’t be telling the company what specials they are currently having, secondly coming from management to say they need to “verify” the voucher is simply pathetic. For trying to support a company I felt more like I was being investigated for no good cause! Pathetic service! Management if not all staff should be clued up on their current specials.
<p>the brake fluid warning light came on as I was driving to work today. I called the dealership today and told them what happened and that I'd be driving from jhb to dbn tomorrow. They were more than willing to assist and told me to bring the car in right away. I only managed to get the car to them at 4:30pm. Apon arrival Siven (works in the servicing department) was already waiting with my job card. Apon inspecting the car they found the brakes and brake fluid needed changing so they changed it on the day even though it had already past closing time. Very appreciative of this sort of service from VW Bruma and Siven </p>
I ordered an On The Double special. It looks very enticing on the website but when I got my pizza it was so dry it looked like it was left outside for days. I have taken pictures of the pizza and will gladly email it to head office if they need it. This is not the first time that I've had problems with the Montclair branch. This branch is pathetic in terms of their quality of the pizza. Why is there such a huge difference in quality of the pizza when it's still part of the debonairs franchise? It looks like the Montclair branch cuts cost by cutting quality!
