I have a funeral policy with Assupol which I have had for years now. I lost one of the people covered by it and now I can’t claim. I contacted Assupol last week already and I had to borrow money to pay for the funeral because my emails are not being delivered to them. I have to waste money that I don’t have to constantly call them. I’m very disappointed with the service
Worse company you can ever save your money with, the regrets I have right now. It's all fun and games when they debit your money but it's a problem when you need your money back. Imagine trying to get your savings back for over a year? Disgusting I tell you....They're still taking me from pillar to post.
I joined Ogatsheni in 2017 and their service is terrible. They only pay attention to their friends and ignore the rest of us when we also have been paying our money. I just want my money back.
I opened an investment account a few years ago and I struggle everytime I need to withdraw my money. I had the same issue 2 years ago. I have been trying to withdraw for over a year now, since last September. I was made to fill a form and send it back, that was done but I still don't have access to my money. I have been calling for over a week now and the agents keep hanging up on me saying they have system issues. I jusy spoke to Shantel who was very rude and even asked me what must she do if she can't access the system? I want all my money, then you can cancel your stupid account.
I ordered food on the App on the 5th of December, I was charged but no delivery. I have been calling to get my money back but I’m not winning. I ordered again yesterday and the food was not delivered again, I called the customer service and was advised they will send a voucher so I can re order but nothing happened. KFC, I want all my money back. This is really unacceptable
I have been saving with Old mutual for a couple of years and on the 25th of Jan I called them to make a withdrawal. I was advised I will get the money in 3-5 working days but I didn’t get the money on the 5th day. I called them to ask and was advised in 7 days. On the 7th day I still had to call to ask because I hadn’t received the money. This morning I woke up to a R124,97. What am I supposed to do with that? I requested for my money because I really need to use it.
I placed an order on the 5th of December 2021. The food was not delivered but I was charged for it. I have been calling to get my money back and no one is able to help. This morning I called again and spoke to a very rude lady by the name of Thulile who told me I need to have an order number, “ how the hell is she supposed to help me without it”? I asked can’t she use something else because I tried giving her the case number and she refused to take it, telling me she can only check with the case number. I’m disgusted with the service and really need my money back
I am very disappointed, I bought slippers on the 22nd of June 2021 and In 2 weeks they were torn. They continue to tear and this morning they just got worse. I am so heart broken.
On the 3rd of March 2021 I requested for a ride to collect my little sister and her friend from Noordwyk. The driver accepted and immediately called me to say it was late (03:40 am) and the girls had already requested but he doesn't trust he will be paid so I will need to send an ewallet to him. I sent him the R400.00 but he still didn't take the girls, told me they refused to use his services as he had initially refused. So, he said he would immediately send back my money but he didn't. I called him the whole week and everyday he would say he is sending the money. On the 10th of March I sent an email to their complaints department and they wanted more details which I had included on my complaint. I sent the details and they kept quiet until I emailed them again asking for some feedback and they told me I need to exercise some patience. To date, I still haven't heard anything from them when I had sent them the proof of payment together with the guy's name and registration number.
I signed a 2 year contract with Zone fitness in January 2019 under misleading information, right because I was told I couldn't get out of the contract until the 2 years is over I continued to pay for a service I was not receiving and not interested in. Now beginning of Jan 2021 I sent a request to cancel as my contract was ending and I received an email saying the contract has been extended until the end of April 2021 because of Covid19. This is just wrong and very unacceptable.
