Avoid this company Avoid this company and online store as they are ******* . Order placed, money taken, no stock ,ask for a refund . Sent the refund form to them,now they ignore and block emails.Now the website is gone.

Bad service delivery
I had fibre installed to my house today VT-141019-028574. The cables are new to the area.I was contacted by Vumatel to tell me the area is now live.They have lied to me as the fibre on the pole is not live and needs to be put in. I am tired of people lying just to sell something.This problem needs to be fixed and why 72 hours this is ridiculous.When you phone the call centre they put you from one person to another and they cannot really help you.Another useless service provider.

Exceptional service.
I called Mercedes M2 city to inquire about a part for my car that has been on back order for quiet some time as i was not a getting a answer from my panel beater.Unfortunately the part is still on back order and we are waiting for a delivery date,but the next day i was contacted by car a hire service and was given a car for the long weekend.This was so unexpected and made life easier for a while.I cannot thank you enough.

Still no repairs after two months/Hiked up premium
It has now been two months since my car accident on the 06 Feb 2015 . It took almost two weeks for my claim to be sorted out . Dialdirect promptly increased my premium by over 25% when i asked why they said it was because of new info i supplied. Anyway i then emailed them to see if they could escalate my car repairs they promptly passed the buck to TC autobody (re-new it) who cannot give me a answer as to when i will get my car back. All i get told is that they have ordered a fender from MBSA and do not have a ETA yet. This is not good enough. I need a fixed date for when i will get my car back and a answer as to why my premium was hiked up so high. I am paying a hiked up insurance premium for a accident that was not my fault ( I have photographic evidence which was offered to Dialdirect /Telesure), by a person who had no insurance.
