I have never experienced such poor workmanship and unprofessionalism in my entire adult life. The initial install of a burst geyser became a larger problem of drilling through water mains and poor attitude or remorse for what transpired, follow up with their offices was met with attitude and poor response, so far as having the phone put down on me. Do not go near this company! The insurance company that dealt with my claim allocated them to me and have committed to sorting out their mess.
This is a shout out to MyRide Hyundai Herm**** - To say the services was brilliant almost feels like an understatement! In the times we live in currently, it's always nerve racking and big decision to buy a vehicle and take on additional financing. Well, Shane and Nichelle honestly made it so super easy and the feeling of comfort that they brought to my purchase was outstanding. I do not even live in the area but, the way the MyRide team run this operation and the care and thought that goes into every detail made it feel like we could have been neighbours! I cannot recommend a more professional, yet friendly and kind bunch of people and would not hesitate to buy my next vehicle from here. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you are truly amazing at your jobs and are fantastic people. I only wish more companies would run their operations this way and its hugely down to the staff who are simply the best!

Lindsay was our agent for both the sale of our previous property and the purchase of our new home, Lindsay's dedication to what she does and to your company and the Greeff brand is nothing short of outstanding. Lindsay went over and beyond what we could ever have expected from an agent. Lindsay was diligent in every step of the process and would make contact with us and give us answers AND solutions before we even could pick up the phone to call her. We honestly were made to feel important to her as clients and how she managed to prioritize us and each and every issue of ours while still having other clients is really a testament to how hard she works and no matter what time of the day, Lindsay was there for us! Lindsay also went so far as to act as a liaison between us and the lawyers on both transacting deals and even once both sales were concluded and monies paid out, Lindsay did not one falter. As expected, there were small home issues on both sides of the sale and purchase and Lindsay was still there to help us through it all. I cannot recommend a more professional, caring and dedicated agent and I will be recommending her and Greeff at any given chance. Thank you so much to Lindsay and to Greeff, as the saying goes, buying and selling is one of the most stressful life events that one can go through, but with Lindsay and Greeff managing this for us, we felt like we were in the best hands. absolutely shocking, I have tried to contact HomeLoans department telephonically only to be told I need to email, I have emailed multiple times with not even an automated response, no one has acknowledged my emails and no one seems to want to help me telephonically. I wish I had taken my homeloan business elsewhere, 3rd world service from ABSA
The past 2 times I have visited Sportsmans Warehouse in Tokai, I have walked out of the shop after waiting for over 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and offer to assist, both time I had the sole purpose of purchasing very specific items, a tennis racket and a bicycle, both time I left the shop and bought both items elsewhere. The last time being a profitable purchase for any shop. I arrived to buy my son a bike and we had to ask the floor assistant to assist us as he was having a full blow LOUD conversation with another staff member, and their tones was undesirable at best. I even asked to speak to the manager and was asked why, a gentleman not to certain he was indeed the manager gave us absolute lip and disgraced your name by his behavior, I will never ever go back there again - really disgusting and should be looked into.
I would like to thank Outsurance for the manner in which they handled our latest claim. My husband had a terrible car accident which left him badly injured and his car a write off. Everyone we spoke to at Outsurance always asked after the well being of my husband and wished him a speedy recovery, there concern and well wishes seemed very genuine. We eventually got handed over to a claims assessor in Cape Town by the name of Henry Nel. His efficiency and manner in which he dealt with us was impeccable, really making it a far more pleasant experience for a situation one would rather never had to deal with, he really went the extra mile to make it as hassle free as possible for us, including coming to our home to collect spare keys and filing out the paper work, he called regularly with updates and made sure he dealt with our claim in the most efficient yet thorough way possible. Since then we have had additional calls from call centers to update us on payment and policy changes - great work, so amazing to see a company that still takes pride in what they do and do it well! Thank you OUTSURANCE happy to remain your client for a long long time.
My husband ordered an explorer box two months ago, as advertised by you on national television, you stating how EASY it is to do so! My husband has called you over 6 times trying to get our new Xplorer box, each time being promised a call back and not 1 person (including the manager he spoke to Friday) bothered to ever call him back. He authorized direct debit and twice gave out privileged information to the call center and each time he phoned to inquire about his order, he was told the order has not been processed. Why is this so difficult for you guys and how can you accept this level of service from your call center team and worse, your management team. I eventually called today and got the run around from not one but 3 off your telephone staff...absolutely appalling, especially as we are now begging you to take our money so we can get this resolved....absolutely unbelievable that this level of service still exists with today's technology!
I have had an intermittent service for 3 Months I have called and escalated and have a string of communication via FB that is too long for Hello Peter but happy to share, I have been made endless empty promises of engineers, technicians and stupid line checks at 5 am in the morning for the last month - what is going on, does anyone care, why promise me an engineer visit and then nothing, why bullshit me about the problem - FIX IT or tell me the truth you have affected my work and incurred me extra costs that amount to thousands of Rands to have connectivity... do me one favour - do not reply to this saying you are sorry, i have heard that from you already on MANY occasions, reply to me with a resolution
I called up M5 sports group as this is where the number on Bounce Kings website took me too, I have been waiting for over 2 months for a replacement net, I spoke to my brother who also has a Bounce King Trampoline and also needed spares and got fed the same rubbish as what I have just been fed...No stock, the goods are stuck in the bonded warehouse or its JHB's fault as they have not sent us [URL Removed] on guys really????? 2 years later my brother has given up, me, I am about to phone Makro and ask them how on earth they are comfortable associating themselves with such poor after sale service, whats the point of having a spares center if you never have spares to sell or service to provide!
Carol Curtain of Ooba was recommended to us when we were looking to purchase our first home. Carol and Bianca have truly gone the extra mile, not only to secure our first home loan, but assist us in what has been a very unpleasant home buying experience. If it were not for their amazing support and dedication, we may very well not have been buying the home we love. Carol even went as far as replying to one of my emails at 6 AM. Nothing was ever left waiting.
