NOISE AT PAARL ROCK CONRADIE PARK
I stay by Paarl Rock, there is a prosthetics hospital right next door which makes a compressor noise from 6h45 to about 16h30 daily every weekdays. NOISE! Drives me nuts and I WFH most days, spoke to renting agent, says she has never heard of it, reported to CoCT, they know about it but no action. Beware CONCOR!

FNB Life
I claimed on an FNB Life policy on 2 January 2018 at a branch. FNB promises to pay out a valid claim in 48 hours, and this was not the case. I received my payout in more than 48 hours. I went to Twitter to ask what is happening with my claim, a @rbjacobs said he/she would investigate the matter and return to me shortly. I only got feedback AFTER the funeral even! Rubbish company, rubbish promises!

Told me I am covered after 3 debit orders, now they say 4
<p>Liquid capital promised that after 3 debit orders, I am covered for a service, I then call them that I am due, they then say no it's 4 instalments.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then ask for the recordings, which they assured me they keep and will play for me, they tell me that they call me and never did.</p> <p> </p> <p>Worst service and lies!!</p>

Still charging me for credit card that I am no longer using!
<p>I opened a credit card with STD Bank, I then upgraded the card to another card due to my salary bracket.</p> <p>I am still getting fees on the old card and calls daily telling me about accrued charges and this is irritating and they are failing to fix it.</p> <p>Unprofessional and shoddy work from a k*k bank!</p>

Service based on race!
Myself and three other colleagues arrived at about 20h00 at the hotel's reception area, this was 2014 May. The receptionist took some time with our booking, so I suspect that they were overbooked. This receptionist was a white male, and so were the three colleagues. I was the only black person there. He fiddled on the system for some time. He then gave the other three rooms with a kitchen, fridge and microwave and me not. The funny thing is that the company had paid for us to all receive the same room type.<br> <br> So this was based on race, as mos blacks do not deserve the same luxury that whites do.<br> <br> RACIST ORGANISATION!
