I bought a black trucker cap from Hurley in 2015. I wear this atleast 3 days a week to gym. Cant believe it still looks like new after almost 10 years. Amazing quality. Was just telling a friend about it and decided to leave the positive feedback here. This has outlasted every other branded hat I have purchased.
I rate Santam a 1 for the manner in which my claim is being dealt with. Every agent I've spoken to is useless. I've managed to get hold of a Manager Maria Boer who has gone the extra mile to assist me with my claim and is very humble while doing so. If everyone had Maria's work ethic you would have a great thing going and save many, many clients. Unfortunately your first touchpoint are sleepy agents causing so much frustration and I will definitely reconsider insuring my businesses with you.
Unable to get hold of anyone at this company. Have been paying life cover for 2 years and cant speak to anyone to assist me with beneficiaries. Debits go off on time but no after sales service. Will be cancelling.
Most convenient insurance product out there. On my way to collect a new vehicle I done a qoute, took cover and received a confirmation of cover so my vehicle could be released. Super easy. Also used them for cellphone insurance and they paid my claim hassle free.
Bought 2 vehicles from we buy cars. Happy with both purchases. At first I was a bit apprehensive because of horror stories I've heard however I realised that most of these complaints were from people who aren't realistic about what they're buying. Expecting a new car when paying little money; 1. Check the Dekra reports 2. Check the car yourself or with a knowledgable person 3. Test drive the car and always allow a small budget for minor repairs if you are not buying a new car. No other car sales place ives you as much information on a vehice before buying it like we buy cars. People who get caught out are Dom. I trust this place . Happy customer and always look at we buy cars first before going elsewhere.
Spoke to a service rep and ordered a part in the morning, order was placed and invoiced then delivery promised for same day. 3.30 pm I received a call to say that my order amount is not high enough for delivery to cape Town CBD. But they can deliver the next day. Let me down and let my customers down who could not collect their vehicle. Lost a customer.
