I should have actually had a look on Hallo Peterbefore i even considered Ampath. Just the ratings itself gives you an excellent idea of how bad Ampath actually are. With numeral emails, phone calls and still no sorry or customer feedback on how we can disolve the problem. Well i went to a Ampath office for Blood tests, as i walked in i asked the lady if she can check if this is covered on my medical aid before i did the tests. She went onto her computer and said that everything is covered on my medical aid. So we did the tests. After two days i went back to the doctor as i stil did not feel better. He said he is going to send me for a scan and more blood tests. So i went to another Ampath office in a hospital on which the lady at Ampath also confirmed to me that the tests are covered by my medical aid. So i went ahead and did the tests. After that i walked to the radiology where i needed to do the scan. Wen i came in i asked the lady at radiology if this is covered by my medical aid she went onto their system and confirmed that it is not covered and gave me the amount on what it will cost me for the scan. A week later i receive a Statement from Ampath with an amount of R2226.20 outstanding. If i new it was not covered i would not even considered the second set of tests No how do you explain this Ampath - And how do we resolve this problem?
Returning my rental car 25min late due to the rain storm that was in Cape Town on the 14th of June that caused floods and i had to stop on my way back from Herm**** to Cape Town due to the amount of rain falling down and lack of visibility and not to damage the car in a accident, The manager at Cape Town airport did not see it fit to understand the reason of being late. So they charged me a extra day fee. Even speaking to the manager in Johannesburg but nobody understood reason. So just wanted to let them know thhat i have managed to stop our company account with them and also 4 other people that use Thrifty all the time. So how is that for making an extra R550 for the day but loosing out on a few thousand rand a month going forward?
I would like to thank the General Manager, Stephan Vlaanderen and his team for an amazing experience my parents had for their 55th wedding anniversary on Friday the 27th of April. My parents cant stop talking about the beautiful venue, excellent service and friendly staff that made this special day for them even more special. They really enjoyed it so much and i can definately recommend this venue for any function or even just a get away. Thank you Royal Elephant for going that extra mile to make your guests feel so special and adding attention to detail.

Selling a house can be stressfull but you made this so easy that i can really recommend you and your team to any person that needs to sell their property. Once again thank you for excellent service.
