Absolutely Bad Service for Late Estate Account. FNB seems to not Care at all. A month and a week no feedback Nothing. I have to call or ask at Branch. More then a month now after completing the form now Late Account Estate has been released. FNB = Disrespect!
Poor Service and Unreachable.. 3weeks, fine paid and admin block still not removed. I need to travel to today and my license i can't renew cause of this. Unacceptable.
How can a service provider not serve you when you have a query or can't call you when you need answers regarding your account. Dstv consultants are the most ******** people i have come across. Can someone from dstv please call me so I can understand what's happening with my account. My showmax is not working as promise by a consultant more then 5months ago.

Hi Team I have been struggling to get any assistance from the Banking department since 06 June 2024. I need a deduction from Rain to be Removed as I do not have the services from Rain and they keep on trying to take money from my account. Can we please have this Removed from my account urgently.

Dear Telkom Mobile, I'm writing this review with utter disgust and dismay towards Your Company as a Service Provider. It's been over a Year that Telkom has been *****ing Money from my Mother Literally as they have been deducting Money's from Her account for services that has never been delivered. And numerous attempts has been made to get in touch with your support but noone has comeback to us. Telkom SA, please can you contact Louise Masimela 0739719267 or Riley Masimela on 0657418913 urgently or we will have to take this further to the ombudsman.
Hey Rain It is with such regret I'm writing this review. After almost 3weeks of signing up for one of your package it still has not been delivered. If you cannot provide a service you promised, please do not sign customer's up and pay back the money we already paid for something that has not been delivered. SideNote: The Courier services you using is completely *USELESS*
2weeks has past since Telkom has responded to US the customer. Promised Services was not delivered. This is absolutely ridiculous as not even 5he consultant whom dealt with us is responding to emails and Whatsapp chats.
