They keep sending me invoices without VAT amounts
I will not be buying products for my business from Takealot again. They keep sending me invoices without VAT amounts on them, so I can't claim the VAT amount from SARS. This is costing me thousands of Rands. I'll use Wootware and other companies instead.

Hi. I need a proper VAT invoice for a phone I bought from Takealot. The one I downloaded from your site isn't adequate. Invoice number 207373721. Order number 181244187. The invoice you let me download there isn't adequate. It doesn't show the retailer's VAT number. And the invoice doesn't show a VAT amount either.
