Recruitment company actively posting job listings to gather CV's and personal information through these. Postings are all generic with the exact same requirements and remuneration packages. No contact possible through any of their posted mediums (Email, contact numbers & website) with no response from their "agents" on any inquiries. Do not waste your time with any of their posts unless its a copy of another companies actual posting with contact details. Offices supposedly located in Arizona USA is fake with no Hire Resolve company listed in the Office block as stated.

I had taken in my device for repairs at the Samsung Store in Menlyn (situated in New World). I had no problems booking the phone in, however since then I had to struggle to get any communication and assistance from the company. I had to follow-up, calling from store to service center (beacuse they cannot check the system from the store and cannot check the system from the service centre), with minimal effort from their side to assist. The device is still not back from repair, coming in at just under two months today. This is an unacceptably long wait for a repair to be completed. My insurer provided me with the option to have the phone repaired at another authorised repairer where the turnaround time for the entire repair process would be 3 days in total. I cannot for the life of me understand why an authorised repair company can do it in 3 days and Samsung itself cannot accomplish it in two months.

I have been a long time customer of Samsung however I dont know how I can return to the bad service after this. Will have to consider upgrading to another service provider.

I have three issues with the customer service of Webafrica after being a happy client for years.

Fibre connection:

Webafrica contacted me with the offer of installing fiber at my home. I agreed to the service and was assured it will be installed timeously. I have recieved my first update on progress on 03-11-2016. Weekly generic upates have been sent indicating no progress whatsoever. I have contacted Webafrica to assist in the process. Further details was requested from me which was provided. No response was given on this. I have contacted them once again and it was indicated that I should resend the information. This I did a second time, still no response. I utilised the web chat service and the operator indicated that the original person handling the issue will respond. No response have been received.

ADSL connection

My current ADSL connection with Webafrica is spotty to say the least. I have inconsistent speeds which lead me to be unable to use my internet service. I have contacted the support team on varioous occasions to assist in this regard however this has been unsuccessful. A number of port resets have been conducted, TRACERT results submitted and no feedback recieved.

Customer Service:

I have phoned the customer service line and after haveing been waiting for an operator for longer than 10 minutes, I got connected to one. As soon as I was connected, the operator disconnected the call. I phoned again with the same result.

I have sent various emails to the support email and have recieved minimal feedback on my issues. I have lodged an official complaint in the "leave a message" section and no response have been recieved on my complaint.

As a result I am considering cancelling all contracts with Webafrica to pursue an ISP who actually service and considers their clients need.

Went to the store and did an application for a contract 12/10. Was told I will be called and notified of approval and when the stock arrives. Went to the store and informed that the application was approved (13/10). Had to call numerous times as they said stock would arrive by 14/10. Received the phone on 16/10 after calling various times during the week. Got the phone and was told that sim would be active on 17/10. Still not active (19/10). Have been phoning the store, however the line is always \busy"and when it is not"
Excellent service and workmanship. Two bakkies needed repairs, Oom Hansie repaired both for less than the excess of the insurance. Very fast and a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended!
Bad service experienced. Wanted some fresh buns, was told to go get it on the display tables. None available at the display tables. Went back to counter and was ignored. Some empty baking trays was dumped on the counter. These were extremely filthy with what is probably years of burnt on dough or something else.

Additionally, a range of managers, I assume, patrol the spar with no regard to the clients in their way. No \can I help you"or \""excuse me\"".

Furthermore no room available to walk down aisles as the shelf packers don't leave some space to walk.

All in all a bad experience. Will not return there. This is not the first time I left this Spar with bad service. """
