What's the point of this website if you continually remove complaints for stupid reasons No wonder service in this dump banana republic is so bad as companies can do as they please And heaven forbid we might offend their sensitive little feelings Absolute joke

Stupidity of the highest order
Here we go again This lot are the height of stupidity I complained about them sending me incorrect insufficient funds for debit order alerts So instead of investigating what the problem is they cancel my insufficient funds for debit order alerts Now how can this make sense to anybody with even half a brain cell Stupidity is amazing. This lot should go work for eskom Best part is i get told to contact fraud division when i told them there something dodgy going on with my account. Surely they should do this but if course to useless and incompetent to do anything Super useless. Clowns

I'm sooooooooo tired of this useless lot I wanted to draw money from my fixed deposit account but i cant as the stupid, idiotic, useless online **** says i have withdrawals pending........when there aren't any FNB is the worst idiotic badly managed bank on the planet SICK AND TIRED OF THESE FOOLS AND THEY ARE YET TO CONTACT ME ABOUT MY PREVIOUS COMPLAINT, I JUST GET STUPID MESSAGES TELLING ME ITS BEEN ESCALATED WHICH IN FNB LINGO MEANS GET LOT!!!! PATHETIC !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm so sick of these idiots!!! I get a rude arrogant message telling me i have insufficient funds and i must pay money in now or else Best part is there is enough money in my account This **** happens constantly from these incompetent idiots Its obvious someone is trying to commit fraud on my account and fnb too clueless to sort it out HOW MANY MORE TIMES DO I NEED TO COMPLAIN ON THIS SITE BEFORE YOU *****S SORT IT OUT!!?????????

Medipost specialise in irritating people
It never ends with this lot!!!!! I'm away from home so we told this crowd to deliver meds to another address All confirmed by them, and as to be expected they deliver it to my home address anyway!!! I now have no meds due to their sheer incompetence, of course its never their fault neither Medipost is without any doubt the most incompetent, arrogant lot on the entire planet. I'm so tired of their continual pathetic service i can cry!!! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER JUST FOR ONCE!!

Continual poor service and attitude
Mowbray hotel access cards never work Card doesn't open the boom gate struggles to open security gate and you spend ages trying to get room door open The Wi-Fi doesnt work, just tells you guest not found At breakfast nobody tells you that you are not allowed to touch anything and then the staff talk down to a person and grab stuff out of your hands Its pointless complaining to management as the previous time i stayed here i complained about room not being made up and all i got was attitude Really poor service and attitude

This crowd with their COVID nonsense are a joke Everyone must stand far away, no food allowed, etc, etc, etc Yet they shove several hundred people on a bus to take them to the far edges of the airport with a driver continually slamming on the brakes so everyone is falling on top of one another Huge joke like everything else in this run down dump of a country

Refuse to proved chronic meds
This lot insist i use medipost who are beyond pathetic Costs continually go up, co payment is now a 3rd of the cost of meds!!! This is for some cheap generic rubbish that is probably made in someone's backyard. I thought medical aid was there to help and actually pay for chronic meds instead of using money to build fancy offices and hand money over to greedy shareholders?! They so clueless, they would rather save a few rand on meds but will end up paying when I'm hospitalised as they and their cohort medipost refuse point blank to provide my meds Pathetic lot, and our wonderful govt allows them to get away with it

Here we go again with these clowns Co payment went up a few months ago and now its gone up again This for some cheap generic rubbish that they insist i must use as they too cheapskate Co payment now makes up a 3rd of the cost of the meds Bunch of thieving extortionists Useless pathetic service and attitude They so stupid cos if i don't have chronic meds i end up in hospital which will cost more Momentum and medipost biggest crooks out there
