Bad customer after sales service... poor quality material used.. they seem to take chances with a few orders.. I was super impressed the first time I purchased from them. The second time they have left me down.. I will be 2 minded before referring them to anyone again
It makes me angry just thinking about my conversations with call operators.. This is the worst company... I have requested a refund of a payment they charged me double for and I'm being told to wait 14days... Telkom is a useless disgusting terrible horrle company... My anger has reached levels I cannot understand.
i have booked my phone in on the 1/9/2015 i then recieved a quote for repair and made the additional payments on the 5/9/2015 at the samsung office for parts and allowing them to proceed with the repair... it is now the 12/10/2015 and my phone has not been rapaird. i have called the office on numerous occasions and the only thing i get told is that they are waiting for parts. it is over a month!! is this the levek of service that we get from such a great name brand such as samsung??? repairs are meant to be done is 7days- this is not on
