Does not matter how far one has to travel to Jasmyn, including bookroom and waffle house one will travel. In the farm stall the music relaxes you, the produce is of the highest quality, the staff are helpful and friendly and one comes out with more than intended only because of quality, price and atmosphere. The tellers are efficient and no one is standing around doing nothing nor do they make idle chatter at the tills with each other that we experience everywhere else. At Jasmyn the customer feels that them shopping there is important. Fabulous shopping experience hands down.

I have been pleading with them for months now to come and fix all the burst water pipes in Laser Park and cover the holes they have dug on others due to safety factors, the executive mayor has been copied in and his department just pass the buck back, senior people whom I have e-mailed directly hand me excuses daily and still the water is running. Currently I have 6x locations reported in a 3 block radius and no joy. Phones are either non existent or unanswered and the people they send out are rude and unhelpful and 'know nothing' when questioned. We have a water crisis which they deny and gallons have run down our road over the last 4 weeks with no end in sight. This is ******** to say the least as many South Africans are without water.
Not even worth one star. My parcel has been delayed since the 29 May due to Buffalo trying to deliver to an address not stated on the dispatch, Does not matter how many service agents one speaks to, after waiting for lengthy periods, nothing changes. E-Mails are ignored and service agents laugh at your frustration. Latitude and longitude con-ordinates given-Ignored. Multiple telephone lines given-Ignored. Desperate!!!!!!!!
Impala Fruit and Veg in Little Falls is amazing. The owner treats each customer as if they were his top priority, The staff are always friendly, always helpful, always ready to assist without attitude no matter how full or hectic the store is. The atmosphere is so vibrant one does not mind standing in a long queue that might delay you by quite awhile as the experience is always pleasant and he moves you out as fast as possible. Produce is always fresh and flowers always affordable. Kudos to an experience second to none and few and far between.
Ordered two beds and two mattresses on line at a substantial price. On line stock was available and delivery was given 4-6 days. A week later was informed no stock and there would be a delay of 3 weeks. Still no follow up, still no order received. I only ordered on line as local shops had no stock on floor. Price was more expensive but availability got the sale.
I went on line and ordered a TV Bracket. Was in stock. Paid immediately. Was informed 2-3 weeks. After 4 weeks enquired and was told unavailable cannot fulfill order. They requested banking details on line, I enquired as to safety, very rude response. Gave details and to date 7 weeks later have not been reimbursed!!!
Seldom one finds a consistent excellent service that spans a period of over 20 years but the owners and staff at Dave Wauchope continue to deliver customer service at the highest level. Always helpful, always informative and always friendly and the turn around time to deliveries are amazing.
