I would definitely recommend this Company. All the staff are polite and friendly. They kept me up to date consistently. Stuck to their time, work neatly, and quickly. They definitely deserve a 5 star. Great service guys, keep it up!!
This place was good, but the service is atrocious, and their attitude even worse!! Over 20 broken items received, due to bad packaging......then all they say is 'sorry for the inconvenience' These were Christmas gifts, now they are sold out, so on the 24th I had to make other arrangements for gifts. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Still waiting for the refund. Maybe if you order clothes you will be luckier.
I am fed up with always being charged for a shopping bag without being asked first.
I bought an Air Fryer for my daughter in January 2021, and it was perfect for the first few months, until the coating started peeling, it looks disgusting. Milex is not interested in helping. We are not looking for a new Air Fryer, just either a replacement basket or a recoating. They are rude and very unfriendly and not accommodating at all. There is clearly a defect in the coating as mine is still fine and is older than hers.
