I have registered with them on the beginning of the year and to this day they have been debiting my money and the consultant that signed me doesn’t respond to my messages anymore and I wanted to book a holiday for October,I can’t cancel the debit order and would like to cancel it,I don’t want it anymore
In the 12 December I had booked for 10 girls for a treatment at Oohlala parties for a package of facials,pedis, making their own jewellery with beads, each child to get a gift package consists of manicure sets, to do artificial tatoos.The service offers by Leana Van Wyk was poor from the beginning of organising, I had to remind her all the time about what she needs to do and I told her that I’m not happy and she apologised and promised to have a small gift for the birthday girl when we get to the venue. The only thing the girls did were to wash their own faces, put their own face masks and remove it by washing their faces again. The washed their own feet and then the ladies put cutex on the toes only. Patricia was the lady who was “supposedly “taking care of them and was very cold and unfriendly towards the kids. The kids were complaining about her as well. I have been calling Leana Van Wyk till today, she’s not taking my calls, she’s not responding to my WhatsApp messages, she’s not responding to my emails. They promised to take pictures and send to me but no pictures were taken. I’m so disgusted by this! I don’t have pictures of my daughter birthday, what kind of people are these?why is she not taking my calls if she did nothing wrong?
Nedbank Homeloan hasn't responded to my query to this date. It's sickening for an institution so big to not care about their customers.I need answers regarding a Title deed please!!!!!!
My parents took a homeloan back in 70's of when it was still Perm bank. To date, in 2020 they have not received their title deed and Nedbank is claiming that they still owing 50 000. We started communication back in 2014 with Lerato Mohlabeng and she referd us to Selby Gumbi as he was the person dealing with Servcon matters. We were then referd to Vassily Baartman and went to meet with her at their Selby offices in 2017 and we gave her all the documents for payments,they have confirmed that the bond was settled by Servcon but needed to check and get back to us,that was in 2017. I have been sending emails to Vassily but she's not responding at all.My Dad has been struggling with this matter until he passed away in 2015,now my Mom is being harrassed by attorneys saying she must pay the amount or they will be repossessing the house. My Mom is now 70 yrs old and lives in fear of being taken out of the house,still no Title deed. This matter has been going on for more than 6 yrs and no one is assisting.Servcon confirmed they've paid Nedbank and settled the balance then Lerato also confirmed it was paid, when we were supposed to get the Title deed the attorneys representing the bank(mahommed arttoneys inc). I spoke to Dianna Dawes said no payment was made by Servcon that when we went back to the bank then they promised to settle the matter instead we got threats despite the several meetings we had with the bank on numerous occasions.All we need is a Title deed.
I've been charged ridiculous fees on my Cheque account. Last month I was charged fees of R770.00 for transactions that the merchant processed late when I didn't have money in my account and I was charged R110.00 for each transaction regardless of the amount as some amounts were R53 and less. I queried the amounts and were reversed but 5 days later I was again charged an amount of R440.00 same transactions. My card is not a Credit card I cannot transact if I don't have funds available, how does FNB say I used the card while it didn't have money? It's a Cheque account, you need to have money to use it.As I write this, my account on MINUS with R955.00 of charges, how crazy is that. I was forcefully offered this Premier card with it's ridiculous charges and when I ask for a downgrade back to the Gold cheque account, nobody's responding but I get sms's daily that my account's in excess and I need to deposit funds. I need those charges reversed please!!!!!!!
I've been having a problem with hollard not debiting and double debiting their premiums from last year early. I queried this with them and was told that it was a system error from their side and even went to my bank to fins out what's the problem and confirmed it got nothing to do with it.At a later stage after months of fighting with Hollard, the guy from IT department called and acknowledged it's a problem from their side and that it will be fixed and till this day it's not fixed. I've been spending money to call them as they keep me on hold for long on the phone and the problem was never fixed. Now my Father passed away on the 31/05/2015 which was one of the people I covered on the policy and Hollard only paid me R750.00 and told me that the policy had lapsed and was within the waiting period. I feel it's unfair as the problem lies with them and I have been paying the policy since 2013 until I experienced a problem last year and they were still debiting my account and sometimes they don't debit and the following month they would double debit. I had no money to bury my father with money I borrowed from people and now I have to pay back people. How was I suppose to bury my Father
