I am not happy with the service I received from Jessica Mshumi, she asks a question on the email, when I reply, she just keeps quiet and come back after days to ask another follow up question. I have been waiting for my books for three weeks now and I’m getting late with my assignments. When I called to check, they say my books have not been dispatched because they are waiting for one that will take 8 weeks, yet I told Jessica to send the available ones because the missing one is for next semester. Another thing, there is a risk book that I told her on the email that I need the one for the year 2022, she did the 2018 one, what must I do with an old book?
I am not happy with Pick n pay at Protea Glen Mall, we went to buy the Handy Andy, Domestos and Sunlight soap for R60, the cashier by the name of Mosa Seleke and the manager were rude and said no there is no such special, the ones we took were R105. We told them we saw it. We still took the products, but when we double checked we saw that the special was indeed there, they failed to tell us that we must take them individually not in a basket, yet we asked multiple times. Now we paid R105 for something that was supposed to be R60. I am not happy at all. I they refused to rectify that.
I had app**** for a fibre, when technicians came, they said the pole for Vuma is far, the cable they had was short. The pole is just two poles away from my house. They had taken my money yet they knew they wouldn’t be able to connect me. I had to wait for the cancellation and refund. Now I am trying to apply again, I was told to get the pole number, so I was expected to risk to go up those poles to get a number, I tried to zoom it, and they said they can’t help me because it’s too far. I am practically being denied service, they said there’s nothing they can do to add a pole closer, and I’m sure my neighbours too would like to get this fibre. These agents keep offering me LTE and it doesn’t work that side. During this whole process, I have to deal with being transferred to probably up to five agents and I must keep repeating myself on the chat. The service is terrible on WhatsApp.
I bought data from the MTN app. Money was taken from my bank account, but nothing was loaded, and it was not the first time this happens. I called the call centre, a ticket was logged and I was told to call after 48 hours, I gave them time and called after 72 hours, I’m told to wait for me to be called but they are not sure when. They refused to make me speak to the manger. I spoke to Thembelihle and Nombuso.
I went to Clicks Protea Glen mall at the pharmacy to collect my chronic medication, I went Saturday morning as I've been going during the week only to find them closed due to loadshedding. I work 09:00- 17:00 at Randburg, I'm new at this job, but I've been leaving early to try to cover the time before Clicks closes, but I'd find it closed. So I got to the pharmacy, the lady that was not helpful at all, with no sympathy said I must come back during the week, I told her that I unable to make it on time and I can't keep asking to leave early, her words were like "SEND SOMEONE, TWO NIGHTS ONLY, YOU WON'T DIE." I do not understand how a whole pharmacist can such to someone who takes chronic medication. The other thing is that the reason I could not send someone there, a worker there once told me that I can't, now I can, so that's confusing. I didn't take the lady's name, but today Saturday 2nd July 2022, she was working on counter 1.
