The perfumes sold here are completely ****. They smell like water with a dash of some diluted scent. Daylight *******. After numerous emails & phonecall attempts, I was ignored & not refunded. Save your money & don't shop here. Easily the worst purchase I've ever made. If the price looks too good to be true, it probably is - that's my summary.
Really disappointed in the quality of the oils here, it is very poor. There is little to no scent. An example is the Bath & Body works Dark Kiss (a scent that is recommended for home use which includes diffusers). Its as if I didn't add any fragrance to the diffuser base (even at a really high concentration in my attempt to salvage some sort of scent). I wouldn't recommend to anyone. I didn't bother emailing the company with my dissatisfaction because of the stories I've heard about how poor their customer service is, so I saved myself from another potentially disappointing situation.
DON'T waste your money & buy these counterfeit perfumes. It is a **** & the 'customer' service contact individual was extremely rude. When confronted about the **** product via Whatsapp number provided, my number was blocked & my email ignored. Save yourself money. If it looks too good to be true, it probably is. Join me in reporting this **** to the Consumer Goods Council of South Africa (0800 014 856), if more of us report this, maybe something will be done so that other people don't have to go through the same experience.
Daylight *******. This company is selling counterfeit goods. I've wasted R720 on scented water buying what I thought was an origional YSL perfume. When reaching out to the 'customer contact line' I received a rude response & my number was blocked, and then no response to my email. Selling counterfeit products is *******, please join me in reporting this to the 0800 701 701 (toll free number), these ****** need to be stopped.
If there was a negative star, I'd select it. Absolutely appalled by the poor customer service at MTN. Since upgrading my contract at the end of March 2021, I have been billed incorrectly (amount is higher that what I signed up for). I have followed up on numerous occasions, it is 2.5 months since I raised this incorrect billing - and this has not been resolved. All I'm told is that 'your case has been referred to the billing department.' Incorrect billing of customers is fraud. It is unethical and an absolute breach of the contractual agreement.
I ordered some products from Makro on 6 October 2021. It is now 22 January 2021 and they have yet to deliver. In early Jan, I requested that they cancel the orders and give me a refund (total of the refund is approx. R3.6k). They told me they will only refund me in February. I'm absolutely disgusted at the level of service received, even from their 'so called management' who promised to revert back to me by yesterday to arrange an earlier refund date. If there was a negative star for rating, I'd select that. Extremely inefficient staff and order management process - do yourself a favour and don't order anything online with Makro.
If there was a negative star, I would select that option. I have a contracted with Telkom that ended on 2 October 2020, I notified Telkom in August already that I will not be renewing this contract. Telkom has continued to debit my account for 3 months, even though I've received reference numbers stating that the contract is cancelled. This is fraud - debiting users for services which are not being rendered. Absolute theft. After speaking to multiple people in Telkom, this issue is still not resolved.
I had a contract with Altech Autopage, contract ended, so Altech removed from their network & ported me to MTN. My number is an MTN number. Since then, my number has been blocked, I cannot make calls, send smses or access my data - I have no network access. I am beyond angry at this point, it has been 7 days. I've been calling the call centre on 173 everyday & told to wait 24 hrs each time, as different people are telling me different things. Was told my number is active, but I need to re-Rica it again, so I did. That didn't help. I eventually went to an MTN store at Eastrand Mall & was told to do a simswap, the swap was successful, but the problem remains - I have no network. Tried to call 173 again & told that I've reached my max calls for the month. Last reference no I received was SMC00004672964 & was told to wait 72 hours, as it was referred to Engineering dept, when I call & quote the ref no, no one can assist me with it. It seems I'm being punished for not upgrading an MTN contract. This has affected business & completely disrupted my life, literally at a standstill. Appalled & infuriated at this not being resolved. I NEED TO USE MY NUMBER! Worst service I've ever received.
