I cannot believe how far backwards the service or courier guys has gone, they always used to be so good! We logged a same day collection and delivery on Friday the 29th of August . They were full of excuses as to why they did not make the delivery for items we needed on Spring day, the 1st of September. On Spring day they never delivered the package as we had to change the delivery address because of their bad service and so they claimed that the new address was confusing them so they returned to parcel to their DC. Can no one pick up a phone and call the person receiveng the package to get clear directions then??... so now we are sitting without our Spring day gifts which will only be delivered the day after. USELESS, I will never make use of them again!

I am so disappointed and frankly disgusted with this company. We have been customers of theirs for years without any issues. Unfortunately I changed bank accounts and there seems to be an issue with my bank and payment was done for level 7 twice. Unfortunately the same issue happened in December. Now they refuse to give me a refund. R650 might not seem like much to such a big company but to a family it's alot of money. And not to mention the lack of caring or understanding when it comes to the person I spoke to on WhatsApp. I moved from Vox to level 7 because of this type of thing... Seems they are all the same!
Checkers 60sixty. It has happened numerous times now that we have been invoiced for goods that we have not received not to mention all of the times an item or items you choose is out of stock. POOR POOR POOR, one of the most useless services. They take your money and if you don't realise immediately that something is missing and struggling yourself to death to get hold of someone to log a complaint following a long and tiresome procedure... Then sorry for you... You loose your money. I will never use them again, I would rather walk to the shop to buy food before using them again.
Always excellent service! I never have any issue with them. They are always super friendly, always super helpful and always super fast. One of the best decisions I have ever made was to join Dotsure!
A few days ago I received a message saying that Nedbank still needs some of my personal information and that my account will be blocked. I went to my branch on Saturday and the lady who assisted me advised that all of my information is verified and correct- she does not understand why this is happening. She sent an email to the correct department, including her manager. I am still waiting for this issue to be resolved. I am unable to use the money in my account so I desperately need. This is beyond ridiculous, I moved to Nedbank 2 months ago, I have received two salaries in this account and made numerous transactions and now this. If this is not resolved by C.O.B today, I will be closing this account.
Months later and we are still not one step further. After my previous complaint the complaints department did call me and we tried to get things sorted, however to no avail and we are still stuck with a business account we cannot use that keeps accruing banking and account fees. We keep receiving statements we cannot pay and we are unable to use the account at all. I have sought legal council and this is unfair and unjust financial exploitation. This is cause for legal action! I am so terribly disappointed.
I am beyond disgusted and irritated. It's been almost 4 months since we requested a business account. We we contacted and filled in all the paperwork, did everything on our side. And then everything went quiet. We were never informed that the account had been opened... no communication whatsoever. We started receiving a statement for an account we never knew existed and was unable to even open the statement because we did not know the password. We had to go back to the bank where we were informed that we owe money on the account but we cannot pay it because the account is not active and that there must have been miscommunication between the business banker - who we struggle every single time to get hold of - and the bank. The business banker phoned us again after that and advised us to give him a few days and that he will get back to us again. He never did, and since then any attempt to contact him has failed. In the meantime we are stuck with an account that keeps accruing banking fees which we cannot use or even pay the money into. We are at the point where we want to take away all business and personal matters from Capitec and go to a bank that just cares a bit more about their customers. So disappointed...
