I have been engaging your VW braamfintein on WhatsApp for two days, trying to book a service for my car and to this day no call happened even when I was promised to be called. Wonder why your office does have this unmonitored WhatsApp number. My call number is 0628124143

Worst experience ever we waited for food for an hour and the manager still didn’t care and just easily opted for a refund and a lot of people came after us and still manage to eat peacefully Please communicate with me on email tmonkhe@gmail.com

They have the worst service since vumatel came on board. They don’t have control over anything including what’s happening worst service provider ever. My internet idle down and it can be a wide outage for the weekend without care

Sad to say that I just spoke to a very rude unprofessional Lebogang mazibila who is a consultant at your or Tambo branch please listen to a call from my number 073 to the branch,she gives zero interest to your customers and she reflects Cell C as a business because it displays the same attitude

Pathetic service provider
Cell C have become a useless service provider,how does one begin to tell its customers that they do not have iPhone in stock and did not know when they will have.I mean u can even reconcile a number of ur customers on iOS currently and make plans for them I need for someone to call me with resolution and not added problem and I also note that my current network is on Vodacom and not really Cell C 073 881 0512 is the number in question. Need to know the following 1. Contract expiry date 2. Cancellation terms 3. Timelines on when to have iPhones I spoke to a certain dimakatso this morning who supposedly reports to Thabang and does not know who the Thabang’s managers is working for Cell C for the last 5 years.dimakatso is very passive and have no idea what is happening in that business,I think it’s time this contractual relationship ended

Bad and pathetic
Called and requested to be quoted and accepted a quote to date this company is unable to give me the details of the installer but the contract is approved. Concern is when something is to happen will I even get through to them
