Prescribed debts sold to Lawyers
The Bank has sold a debts that is prescribed to a law firm. I have requested for a prescription letter but no one is willing to give to me as they're aware that I will produce it to Lynn & Main attorneys

KFC Olievenhoutbosch Plaza
After payment window when you're now collecting your food from the other window that where they told me that I must wait for 15 minutes. They don't have the word '' please and sorry in their vocabulary. I have waited for 45 minutes already and still counting. We were told to wait in our cars but we are not even receiving any update. Poor administration
I have been double charged on Levies for the Month of June 2019 and sent an email on the 24 June 2019 but no response till now. This month I have received another statement but no one want to account for the double entry with the same amount but different reference. (I am a property owner at Lindrene Centre)

Cell C Jeopardise my Credit Record
Cell C Jeopardise my Credit Record through incompetent agents. I updated my bank account number with Cell C earlier this year, Agent decided to only update for one account that I have with Cell C only. Now my previous bank has been Charging me returned debit order of R150, each month. This has ruined my credit record. Cell C just called me reminding me to pay. I have logged the change request more than 3 times..... My number : **********

Non payment
I lunched a complaint on the 1st February 2018 for December payment. Today is the 12th February 2018. Nothing has been communicated. No feedback or commitment to fullfill financial obligations. I am thwarted by this matter.

Vehicle service
I have been booking vehicle service with williams hunt mindrand since Dec 2017 till thus far. 1st attempt they said they didn't request for authorisation with my service provider. 2nd attempt 20/01/08 I booked again for service to be done on the 20/01/2018 and did follow up on the 12/01/2018 yet no one responded. On the 19/01/2018 I decided to call and confirm the booking and I was told that my vehicle was not booked.
