Several times 8 have received rotten/spoilt fresh produce. Today I receive less items than I paid for in full. The call center cannot assist and I am out 9f of option. In South Africa companies get away with this because no department will investigate. As for customer service we can go f++++ ourselves. Go Yassir.
Another defective product. Received on 17 Feb and now unable to connect with Netflix Device is more compatible with Netflix. Why is this happening to me and am I only getting outdated or defective products.
Another **** up. Delivery scheduled for 13022025 as requested and agreed upon. Now suddenly changed to 14022025 without reason I am so done with ****alot and the useless *********** staff. They expect me to wait when I paid them for the delivery on the agreed date.
An item I had returned asking for replacement is not in stock; fine it can happen. I get an E-mail for takealot asking if if I would like a refund or be credited. Considering I am not a fan of on-line shopping I rep**** within an hour asking for a refund. The E-mail stated reply within 24 hours. Then I get 2 E-mails: One stating the E-mail address does not exist and the other that I have been credited. This is takealot's policy. I want my money back!
For those who think they have experienced uselessness in the insurance industry please contact king price insurance. Idiots who do not understand the concept of communication. On the 17th of Jan 2025 I received a letter for increased premiums. I objected with motivation and they accepted. No increase to be done and confirmed per E-mail. This morning I received an E-mail stating that my premiums will be increased. Idiocracy!
One accumulates points and when the time comes to use these the app won't work. After removing the app one cannot find it in Google Play store anymore as macdonalds has decommissioned the app and all accumulated points have been wiped. What a ****.

The sale went well, But full disclosure was not given. OK I did buy a second hand car, but not even the battery was any good. When pointed out that certain things were not working I was told it can be fixed. However, how do you fix parts that are missing. Many other mechanical issues to which the answer was 'you bought it as is'. The car is not driving after 2 weeks and car papers are still not provided, because ebk is unwilling to provide these. Will have to seek help from the CPA as 8 have no other option left. No integrity at all.
Nice place to find yourself a decent second hand car for a reasonable price. This business is open on weekends which makes it easier for the working class to view any car chosen online. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Alisha and Dawood.
