I do not know if i am the only one who has experienced poor customer service. Like they put me throught to an agent and i wait the whole day, then after a while it says the chat will be closed due to inactivity…. I mean yeah on ur side COZ IM STILL WAITING TO SPEAK TO AN AGENT. SO i paid on the 27 th as per out agreement but still no data connection. Its really a pity because the network connection is the best when working. Im disappointed.
I am so dissapointed with my last transaction. I have used happy pay multiple times bt this time they have failed me. I ordered from Liqour.co.za in November 2025. My order was somehow cancelled with them but happy pay still debits my account. A new agent calls me each n every week to tell me i am in arrears and i explain the same thing over and over that the order never came. Courier guy said the order was cancelled by Liqour.co.za and showed me proof even, however at Happy pay the cancellation does not reflect. I have tried numerous time to contact liqour.co.za and did not get help. I asked happy pay to please check with them how it is possible for me to pay for an order that was cancelled, each agent tells me that they will assist me and call back but they never do until the next week when a new agent calls to tell me i am in arrears AGAIN. I have incurred more than R1000 in bank charges from December 2025 till now. I personally will never use this service again and will make sure i spread the word to everyone i know to stay away frm this company because the incompetence will cost way more than the actual sale.
I have ordered multiple times with liqour.co.za using happy pay but my last experience has left me with the worst impression of this company. My order was never collected by courier guy and worst of all till today i am still getting charges on my account because the order was never cancelled with Happy pay. I have loat more than a R1000 in charges from December up until now. Every week they try to deduct for Liqour.co.za’s incompetence for an order i never received. I made an order in November 2025z order number #000051330. Till today i am incurring charges. I tried calling, emailing and all have not given me any joy. I asked happy pay to plz communicate with them so that this can be fixed but still no luck. Happy pay has failed me. Liqour.co.za has also failed me. I for one will never be using this service again and will spread the word to everyone i know to stay away from them if you do not want to be broke.
What an unprofessional service. I selecting an incorrect product because I was told by the agent that I chose openserve instead of vuma Mind you it's written prepaid so since I am prepaid I chose that option. The lady calls like she is talking from her backyard with a neighbour and asks if I have not seen that the prices have increased. I am confused because I chose an option on their website and logged in my details and their system allowed me to make the payment. So anyway I ask if I can top up the outstanding R20 to get my 14 days of fibre and once again rudely told there is no package costing R20... obviously not because I am told there is no package costing R210 which they had no problem accepting. So basically that is it. Moja is like a lokshin connection by the local ****. Unprofessional. No assistance and no professional etiquette. Dankie for a good connection but **** service. I'm so disappointed. How can I not be able to top up my account honestly? Yet you can take my money and give me a package I did not choose? Naze nayizigebengu.
What incompetent service. I made an online order and opted to collect since there was one item left at the umngeni store. So anyway I call them and they know nothing about my order and worse they do not even have the item. The supervisor or manager is so rude. It's an Indian auntie who refused to even give me her name. She said she is ruweeza or something of the sort, no surname. Says that's what everyone knows her as. Ay if people do not want to do their job they should stay at home. That Auntie is rude and unprofessional. You can tell she is a manager by connection. Knows nothing about service delivery. So anyway I have been wasting my airtime trying to find out the progress of my order since it's for my mom's birthday tomorrow and I still have not got a satisfactory answer. I spoke to a lady yesterday who said the order will leave port Shepstone and get to Springfield by the evening. This is me arranging transport only to call the same rude lady who tells me she does not have my stock and no truck came so what she must do? Imagine asking a paying customer that? I don't know if I would have gotten the same stinking attitude had I been of another race or is it because a black customer must deal with incompetence and rude attitude. I personally am never ordering here again. I was disappointed and such promise the online website shows. Get rid of this Auntie otherwise be prepared to lose more customers. This Ruweeza treats a customer like I am a borrowing neighbour and did not pay for a service ...poor service at that.
Worst experience. So my sister introduced me to bottles. App and it was so convenient when we were at home but lazy to drive to the mall. So today i decide to finally download the app and sign up, im so disappointed. What a waste of time and data because all of a sudden when i wamt to order in the SAME address my sister used her app to order (at home), it says the address is mot in the coverage area. I mean we haven't moves. Same location why wnt it work? Is ot because i have a voucher and it doesnt benefit you losing the R50??? So anyway i called the support service and guess what they say? We dont know!!! The agent asks her superviser and guess what he says?? I DON'T KNOW EITHER. WHAT INCOMPETENCE JUST LIKE THE ALL. So i will definitely be deleting my app and advice every1 in durban to follow suit. Clearly its for cpt n jhb ONLY.
Gems is a bunch of frauds and rogues. I resigned from this medical aid 2 years ago but in July they made a deduction of R3484 on my persal and guess what?? Till this day i am thrown back n forth. No truth and no one at gems is trying to even assist me. Infact i get lies. On July 31 i called and was given a lie that i should call the next day as the deduction was cleared yet. I got paid R19 that month because after deductions that is all that was left. I went to the contact centre twice and was told to change my banking details which i did and today i call and ignatious Maphetho and his agent Hugo tell me i have been lied to because if deduction was made via persal that is how it will be refunded. So basically my time,petrol and money was wasted ALL for nothing. I personally think this is gems way of stealing period. My whole family resigned from gems and some of my friends and now they are scared the same will happen to them. I hope everyone can leave gema while they can. The contact centre is useless because they call the very call centre i can call from home and they are all confused. So what is the point of a contact centre?? I am so sick and tired of gems shame. Unprofessional worthless company. Hope they become bankrupt.
My name is nosisa ngcobo n i work at hullet tongaat and I have been a member of medsheild for the past 7/8 months. 3 months back i found out i was pregnant and some of the services i required were not paid by my medical aid so i decided to cancel. I have been to my HR dptmnt several times and they assured me they have cancelled bt after having the deduction on my medical aid for the second month i started calling medshield myself and still no luck. I sent emails however they say they deal with human resource department at work only. I had complications to my pregnancy and nw on maternity leave i cannot afford to lose R2800 on medical aid fees. so i called again today to cancel i spoke to a lady called mpho who gave me a name of someone at my HR who has to send some documents once again i went to work and no one seems to know this form. Im so frustrated and broke. I need this money and cannot afford cash bieng wasted because i will be paying cash for my delivery. Anyone who can help please help me so i know what to do. I do not need this stress and wil not be using this medical aid scheme in the future.
