General ward was poorly run without any experienced nurses. Poor attitude to do basics like changing bedding or assist to shower a patient. Doctor on call was poor with communication. Empathy and care lacking. Caught nurse filling out customer feedback forms herself. Customers should be doing this.

<p>I recently tried to order a set of Carson Binoculars from ****erdeals.co.za which were on a 20% special discount. I was told that there was no stock available and that when new stock becomes available the deal would not be available. No help was given to offer anything of equal or greater value. Pure false advertising.</p>
<p>We have been without internet for 4 weeks, multiple calls logged every week. Telkom have been to our site on a number of occassions and have still not resolved the issue. This is the 3rd time in 9 months that we have had interruptions to our internet like this. I am fed up.</p>
To whom it may concern,<br> <br> In the last 3 month's my bill has suddenly shot up from its normal amount of about R970 to about R1800, despite not having used the data any more than usual. This month I received a bill of R2400. My credit limit has also been exceeded without the account being blocked, they continue to bill me above my credit limit?? What makes it even more questionable is the fact that because I have been billed more than usual I have used my data line even less to avoid this? My statement shows an amount of R1842.41 for \package switched data calls ". I have called MTN and they have lodged a query and have said that I need to call them back within 10 working days to find out what the outcome of the query is?? Really not impressed with MTN at all anymore. I feel their service has deteriorated and all they seem to do is increase their bills. I am currently at the end of my 2 year contract with MTN and will be moving to a new cell phone operator due to the apparent disregard for its customers. I am a loyal MTN subscriber and feel that the current state of affairs is just totally unacceptable.<br> <br> Kind regards"
