I ordred a starilnk fron space signal on the 2nd December 2025, battled to get a tracking number out of them, eventually got a tracking number on the 19Dec which showed it was on rout from china to Sa. Then showed it was in Jhb Sa and that is where it has stayed till today. Tried contacting them via watsapp, mesanger, calling and e mails to no avail, no answer on any of the platforms. They charged alot of money for the unit which never comes. Please guys be careful i was caught for a sucker. They advertise on Fb. Ibaught a new Tata Bolt xt 3 years ago. In the 3 years i has been back to the service center in pinetown 3 times because it keeps blowing the exhaust gasket. I took the car in in November 2019 for the same problem again, they told me they need to replace the head. I was also told it was a problem with this model. It is now February and still no car and noidea when i will get it back. Was told by Jan Maritz at head office that he would keep me informed, havent heard a word. So my advice is dont buy a Bolt because they are problematic and there is non existent service delivery from Tata sa.
Tata Bolt XT beautiful car great features but terrible after sales service. I have a 2 year old bolt 35000 KM on clock. keep having a problem with the exhaust gasket blowing. complained to Tata motors SA just don't get any joy out of them. they have a joint franchise in Pinetown KZN where i bought the car. The service is just as terrible. Takes 3 days to replace a gasket they don't have a courtesy car either. Wow ! So my advice to people out there be careful yes the cars are cheaper and not bad looking but you wont get after sales service and they seem to be problematic.
I bought a new Tata Bolt two years ago, which is my second Tata now. The service when buying the car was terrible, i was told that i could pick up the car in the morning only to wait the whole day to receive my new vehicle. First service great. Second service took the whole day and on my way home which is 250 km away the car gives problems. After a lot of fighting they send a mechanic to repair only to find out they damaged HT lead when servasing. Then a week later the car blows a exhaust gasket, workshop says stud broke. It took 3 days to fix. I had to arrange a way to get back home and then drive back when the car was ready and return home with two cars because they don't have a courtesy car for me. Now about a month down the line the car has the same problem they say i will have to bring the car in then they can do a warranty claim and then repair. This means i have no car for at least 3 days again . So i have to travel down with two vehicles again and back again. i warn people to be careful of buying here bad service , no courtesy vehicle and bad workmanship.
<p>I went to our local Game tore yesterday planing to take a vodacom contract which they are advertising called a two for one contract. when i got to the counter the assistant told me there is no stock for the samsund j1 and the wont be getting stock because they are not manufacturing this fone anymore. So how could they advertise this fone when the cant get stock? i then opt for something ealse and she tells me that vodacom is buisy upgrading games system for the last three weeks and she cant load me aplication. How can they advertise things and not be able to supply???? I dont know but you dont get service like you used to.</p>
My wife decided to do avon about a year ago but being a housewife she didn't have a bank account so we registered her under my name. We were told by the local agent Arina that we need to get orders for more than a thousand rand to activate the account, so my wife went out and excitedly got orders for around R3000 and took the orders to the agent. A couple of days later i was sent a sms telling me i can only order for R1000 because i don't have a credit record with them. So being a little upset with this because now you have to tell your customers they cant get everything they ordered we decided to cancel the whole thing. A while later i get a sms saying i owe avon R858.00 so i contacted them and explained i dident order anything and nor did i receive anything. After a few arguements with the agent and her superior i found out they ordered on my name for this amount and that another lady had received the parcel and signed for it. so they said it was just a misunderstanding and it would be sorted out and that the parcel was sent back. Ok so i stopped getting sms from avon sayin i owed them money. now i find out they black listed me for default on payment???
