I bought two packets of chakalaka chips and they were off/stale. I sent an email to Simba and they phoned me back and asked for the packaging information. I sent the information they asked for on the WhatsApp number they gave me. After that they have just blue tocked me and never got back to me. They clearly don't care about their customers.
Bad customer service, no sense of urgency. I have been having an issue with my wifi for two days now and there seems to be no end in sight. One gets treated like you are being done a favour whereas we are paying our hard earned money for this service. I am waiting for a technician and don't even know if I will be assisted today. They aren't even bothered by the fact that I am working from home and need to log in.
I have never seen such appalling behavior and bad service as I experienced on Saturday the 21st May 2022 at the Menlyn mall Wcafe. A friend and I went there around 15:00. Firstly when we got there we had to seat ourselves as no one even acknowledged us. The table was dirty. We were seated for over 15minutes without being attended to. My friend literally had to raise her hand and snap her fingers to get one of the waiters attention. Finally Thabo came but you could tell he is irritated. He took the orders and left. The food sat on the warmer for a long time before he brought it to the table. Then I asked for warm water and honey. When that came the teas**** was dirty. You could see someone had eaten with it already (very disgusting and unhygienic especially during a pandemic). I asked for another teas**** and he was so irritated you could see his attitude behind the mask. When it was time to pay I went up to the till to swipe as they did not even have a speed point. Thabo then demanded a tip and I told him there was no tip. He then said:" I see why no one wanted to serve you." I told him there was no tip due to the bad service. I will never go back to this store or recommend it to anyone.
I am so tired of Central Developments shoddy work and poor workmanship. Nit to mention the excuses and wasting of my time. It seems like the only language they understand is when one ropes in attorneys and the NHBRC. Since moving into The Madison it had just been one issue after the next. Everytime I am told people will come and fix things and they never show up. Ek is gatvol!
I would like to commend Mathabo from the retensions team (The Madison) for her good work ethic and professionalism. She has maintained her professionalism even at times when we didn't agree and was always eager to get the job done even goingvan extra mile. Thanks to her I can finally enjoy my home.
Junction Village 2: The noise in this place is ridiculously unbearable. And the excuses and dragging of feet by the security when they have to attend to noise complaints is annoying. Sometimes one has to go and find the unit number and tell them because they come up with excuses and pretend they can't locate the noise. I can't wait to move out of this place and will not be recommending it to anyone. Sometimes you get patronizing responses from people telling you it is impossible to keep people completely quiet when no one suggested people should be completely quiet.
The security guard and staff are very rude and disrespectful. I went to the store with my friend on Friday and when we were exiting the shop, there was a woman mopping the floor. The guard was busy fanning for her. Even when they saw us approaching the door they didn't have the descency or respect to stop and let us through. It was like they expected us to stand there the whole day waiting for them to finish. I stepped forward and the woman mopped my feet and the guard almost hit me with the wet sign she was using to dry the floor. They are rude and should treat people with respect
I have never been so disgusted and appalled by the level of disrespect and unprofessional behavior displayed by one of the employees at this store in Mall @ 55. He wasn't even wearing his face covering properly. The employees need to be trained on customer service and professional skills
I would like to commend Constance Sibanyoni for the great, efficient and professional service I received from her. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with her.
