Mercedes Nelspruit Mbombella has terrible service !!! My MB Vito computer indicated that my vehicle was due for a service in early May 2020 so i booked the service for 10/06/2020 and spent the whole day in Nelspruit as i stay in Lydenburg, there was no cutesy vehicle available so i had to make use of UBER services. @+- 16h00 i got a call telling me that my Vito was not serviced as it was not due yet and they asked me if they could wash the vehicle and i told them NO as it was almost 16h00 and i must still drive back to Lydenburg. So after I wasted a leave day, my Vito was not serviced nor washed. Ok so then when the vito was actually due for a service I made a booking for 21/07/2020 with the booking i ordered a window switch for left front door. When I got there for the service the switch was not there. It was not ordered because I did not pay for it. No one told me I must pay before it will be ordered. Ok so vito was serviced but switch was not replace, they printed me a quote and a paid the astronomical amount of R179.20 for the switch to be ordered. So Friday 02/07/2021 I phoned to book my service they asked my number and I was told they will phone me back. I am still waiting for that call 05/07/2021 I phone to book my service again. I am booked and Debby transfers me to parts. I enquire if my switch I paid for is there and I am transferred 7 times, every person answering the phone answer it with a “yes’ or “hallo” no one can great and give their name on answering. I ask to be transferred to a manager who ansered also without giving a name and said she was in a meeting. She said she will phone me back and took my cell number. Email sent to *********** no reply. 06/07/2021 i am still waiting for the call from the manager, i phoned again as no one called be back regarding curtsey vehicle, Debbie told me there is no vehicle available and i told her i will not service my vehicle without a curtesey vehicle. She transfereed me to Ria (the client liason office), i explained my whole story and she took my number and said she will phone me back. Email sent to *********** & *********** no reply. 07/06/2021. i am still waiting for the call from Ria. i will cancel my service booking today and will never again service my vehicle there again. The personnel is very unprofessional there is no phone etiquette.

Seriously this is ridiculous!!!! more than 12 emails no reply or followup from Loot. i cannot phone and speak to any one @ Loot. I made an order on 26 May and still did not receive it. I requested by email to please leave the items not in stock and send the rest. In any case How can you advertise something that is not in stock? It is almost 2 months now! 0832795606
Good day I received a HairStyla for Christmas. Since the beginning, the handle will stay warm even though it was switched off. I had to plug it out every day to ensure that it did not continue to use electricity. Then suddenly in February it did not become hot anymore, I took it back to Game Nelspruit on 04/03/2018 where it was bought and it was sent in for repairs, last week we collected it again but still it is not getting hot enough, I can place the bristles against my check if it is set to 230 degrease and the handle is still warm when it is switched off. Please advise what I should do. I stay in Lydenburg 110km from Nelspruit and do not go there often to hand it in again for repairs again. thank you Sulet Van Staden 03/07/2019 sent above again _________________________________________________________ 03/07/2019 rating 1 year warranty does not mean you get a new device if it is faulty, mine was sent in for repairs came back still faulty, contacted tevo on website but no replies.
