It's always a pleasure shopping with Takealot, delivery is super quick and more importantly hassle , I've never received a call asking for directions for threatening to return the package back, like some other courier companies. Returns, exchanges and refund process are quick and smooth, you are always kept in the loop about the process. Customers service is excellent.
Homechoice has done some awful things before but I have to say this time, they are on another level. If it was possible to rate zero, I would definitely give them a zero. I'm not sure if it's because it was a cash order or maybe it's their arrogance. I placed an order for items on the 22nd of January 2021, they arrived in no time(27th January 2021), I then changed my mind regarding the order and returned it to their showroom in Katlehong (29th January 2021), then emailed invoices and proof of return documents, which they acknowledged receiving. I then asked when will I be getting refunded, was told that when the goods arrive at their Warehouse, but the process can take a maximum of 30 days. 30 days has come and gone, my emails are being ignored, I called again today to find out exactly when am I getting my money back, was told again that the goods have not been received at the Warehouse, so it's takes 4 days for the goods to go from the Warehouse to me but 7 weeks and they still have not reached the Warehouse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want my Money.
I've been trying to get a hold of Dawning for the past week, I hold forever then phone goes dead, or I get through to someone who puts me through to someone else or given a number to call and one answers. There was only one tracking update on the 25th and nothing else. I'm sorely disappointed with Dawning, not after having such a good relationship before.
<p>I purchased the neotex combo which consists of thermo pants, bra and belt on the 29 October 2016 and played for courier, then I emailed the proof of payment and my details, I got their automated email saying delivery is within 3_5 working days and I'm still waiting. I sent several email and Facebook inboxes without a reply and on the 2 occasions that they responded, they sent me false tracking numbers. Worst customer service ever, dodgy at it's best.</p>
I've ordered twice from the triumph online store and the packages came perfectly wrapped. Thank you so much for the care you put into our orders.
When I placed the order on the 21/12/2015, I was expecting it after Christmas but I received it 2 day's later. I got emails with regards to where my package was and sms informing when it would arrive, which was exactly what happened. Thank for the great service.
I placed an online order for a pair of shoes on the 23/10/2015 and never received the order. Emailed MrPrice several times and called with no resolve. More than a month later, I'm still waiting for my refund.
I really don't understand why is it that your store is packed with bras for cup sizes up to mostly DD cups whereas people like myself are left with the option of unflattering cross-my-heart bras or others that just don't fit right. Exercise bras are limited to smaller sizes and us who need support the most are without options. I'm 38E and there's thousands of other women with the same challenge and are not catered for. It's not right.
