Worst experience with Discovery health and vitality. After being a faithful paying member and loyal gym attendant for decades. I was thrown off discovery probably because I have been too loyal and cost them money. The **** about letters I write to cancel 12 years ago.

Horrible VA. Disgrace to the VA name
The gym is crowded and stuffy. Showers have no paper towels. No kuaia. Just the worst of the VA gym's in SA. I have been to many in 4 provinces

Not impressed with Paarl Virgin Active
Paarl Virgin active needs revamp. Stuffy and crowded. Not a fresh smell like other VA’s. No Kauai and they staff (manager) not accommodating. Expect me as a VA member of another branch to pay a R270 fee to check or try gym.

Excellent reliable service & price
I had posted 3 parcels OVERNIGHT in the past week from Pretoria to CT to different areas overnight. The service & price was excellent. The lady who helped me at depo in Hatfield was so helpful & sweet. I would recommend them anytime. I went to DHL (kind but very pricy) and tried others like boga and fastway & they can't even communicate well on the phone.

Non compliant, unreliable don’t care attitude / response
Unreliable, Non-compliant. I call it Theft! I have been mailing Shawn Langley for 3 months to cancel my Beame tracking device on a car sold 4 months ago and there has been No response or action from his or the company side. I see customers complain on heel o Peter about the same thing I experienced. I would like a Refund on the money that keeps going off my account. I see this as THEFT from a company that is supposed to oppose theft!! Vanessa 0846542322

Won’t buy there again esp online!!
Bad internet advertising!!!! I bought a desk (they called it something else) that was too low to put your legs under. When ordering online it said a 7 return policy. My request was returned with a heavy price which was half the price of the item. They charged Original Delivery Fee - R369 20% Handling Fee - R760 Collection and Return Fee - R350. I won’t ever support them again!!! Miserable consult on phone as well. And it’s made from the cheapest wood you get !!
