Booked a campsite for two nights midweek after being told we cannot day visit. Informed them we could only be there on the second night but respect their two night min policy. Upon arrival were advised that our campsite was occupied so basically they took our money and then double booked the site. We swam in the pool with no water slides as it was “off peak” so they don’t operate (on private school half term weekend) and were advised that we may not return the following morning. Despite being booked into a campsite due to check out the following morning. The staff were rude and unhelpful and refused to give us contact details for management.
Bought a car from the Dome branch and had it inspected straight away by a mechanic, he found the radiator leaking very badly and advised the car was unsafe to drive and needs a new radiator. I contacted we buy cars and sent them a quote as they requested. They have now been giving us the runaround for over a week, extremely unresponsive and not helpful at all. I assume they’re hoping if they just don’t respond we will eventually give up and repair it ourselves which is not going to happen. Selling a car with such a major issue is unacceptable. It came with a spotless Dekra report so either Dekra aren’t doing their job properly or we buy cars are having them look the other way on issues to make it looks like the cars are cleaner than they actually are. We will be taking the matter further legally but in the mean time have been without a car for two weeks.

Shocking service. I bought and paid for a fireplace from Heatwave who delivered it to heat king for me to collect. When we went to collect it, they had stolen my pipes that I had already paid for and given them to someone else for an installation. I had to pay my installer a R500 call out fee as he couldn’t do the job that day. We ended up needing extra pipes and I called to confirm they had which they did. When my husband got there, two of the employees got into a fight as the one lady had promised the pipes to someone else. We ended up having to buy two lengths of double insulated piping which we didn’t even need, cost me an extra R4500 and they couldn’t care less.
Terrible service and insanely expensive for what I got out of it. Their so called leak detection service is a complete farce. They did fix my leak after 4 visits and had the audacity to charge me an additional R950 for labour after I had already paid R2400 just for them to replace an elbow joint in a pipe.
after contacting a few UIF places who didn’t seem to know much about the maternity side of things, someone put me on to Cindy at baby benefits. What a great experience, such a pleasure to work with!!
